We’ve been taking our two dogs here for almost 4 years. Dr. Dawn, Dr. Mary Ellen, and staff are always great with our dogs that require extra attention. The office is set up well for this challenging COVID period.

The vet was kind and helpful. They don't charge exuberant fees and it was easy to get an appointment.

Everyone we encountered during our first vet visit with our young puppy was incredibly professional and kind. They made us feel reassured and patiently explained the care. We received some potentially bad news about our pup (genetic issues) but Dr. Binder delivered it in a supportive, empathetic way. She and the other staff are examples of the type of people we need more of in the world!

Doesnt preform certain procedures lazy with excuses went to another clinic and i was helped right away

Dr Binder is an outstanding professional. She is compassionate, caring and extremely knowledgeable at the same time. She and her staff took great care of our very sick cat and her gentle and reassuring manner was so soothing at the time when we were already preparing to lose our little fur baby. She took the time to explain the diagnosis and the treatment options and was available when we needed additional help. Her treatment and care were instrumental in getting our cat on the road to recovery. I cannot thank Dr Binder enough. She is the only doctor we will take all our three cats to for as long as we live in the Boston area.

Friendly, caring and loving professionals.

The team at Cushing Square is phenomenal. They are very friendly and gentle. They also respond amazingly in an emergency. My pup got swarmed by wasps today, and within 20 min they had him in their care and had given him the Benadryl and meds he needed to come home and rest comfortably. We are very thankful to have found this team.
