This place is not what it used to be.

Our pups absolutely love crate escape. We've been taking them here for years. The staff are warm, welcoming, and professional. The business seems to be very well run and organized. Would definitely recommend!

Crate Escape is wonderful! Our dog developed some noise anxieties following July Fourth fireworks and the folks at Crate Escape were so great in helping him to work through it. Our dog absolutely has absolutely loved attending daycare here.

My dog George loves going here. He gets so excited when we're even on our way there and when we take the turn into the parking lot, his tail starts wagging and does not stop until he gets to the door. He doesn't even look back at me! He just runs right in and waits until they open the door to let him in. He also is pretty tired when he comes home, which is a huge plus. He started going there when he was around 3 months and they had a puppy area, which was great. The staff here are great and we always have a positive interaction!

I took my dog to Crate Escape for a daycare trial, and told the staff that he sometimes gets nervous around larger dogs and would do much better with the smaller dogs. I was told both in person and over the phone that dogs can be placed in the group setting that works best for them. I was very clear about what would be best for my dog, daycare staff, and other dogs immediately before the trial and over the phone. They took my dog into the daycare room, gave him about 5 minutes (absolute maximum) and brought him out and said that he was too fearful of the bigger dogs (just as I had relayed to the staff). I understand that they do not need my business, so why spend the effort on a fearful dog, but I was very clear about the environment that would work for him, and they told me they would be happy to accommodate. I was told he could come back after more socialization, but I just cannot in good faith bring my dog somewhere where his needs (which were relayed clearly) are so blatantly ignored. If you cannot accommodate specific situations for dogs, please do not advertise that you do.

Our dog loves coming here! All staff seem very caring and compassionate toward the dogs, and they work hard to ensure that each dog (whether shy or not) has a positive experience. Would highly recommend!

Crate Escape is the most amazing place. My dogs absolutely love going there. The staff is so kind and treats my dogs really well. I know that if I need to go out of town, my dogs will be safe and well taken care of at Crate Escape. Crate Escape has helped me incredibly while I’ve been working from home, and when I had a family emergency, they were kind enough to let my dogs board for an extended amount of time. I honestly don’t know what I would do without them. Many years ago now, my dog Pilot was a very energetic yellow lab puppy who would destroy my apartment in the way puppies do. Everything was chewed on. After Pilot started going to Crate Escape, she started being way less destructive and sleeping through the night which was a blessing. Now, Pilot has a boxer mix sister named Twix. Twix absolutely loves Crate Escape sometimes to the point where she will sit at the gate and refuse to go home. I’m am eternally grateful for Crate Escape. Crate Escape is a life changer!

Our almost 1 year old pup loved her first visit here. Staff is great and professional. Can't wait to return.

Great service! Never had a problem with them after almost a year taking my dog there. My dog is always tired by the end of the day and their baths are amazing, they leave my dog smelling great!

I absolutely love Crate Escape. I bring my pup there for doggy daycare. Recently I took a trip that required him to be there for boarding (normally family has him when I am away for more than one night). He was there for 5 nights. I was nervous, but they were great. Reassuring. I called every day, twice a day. They always knew who I was calling about & never seemed to be bothered by my calling. My pup always seems to be happy to go, always running for the door to his area. I feel safe leaving him with them. Highly recommend.

Too crowded. My dog hasn’t been there in months, yet I got charged $10 without a warning as if he’s still active here. This is because they claim it’s accidental insurance. So what? Beware if they capture your CC number. It’s been almost a month and I was promised a refund and have emailed them numerous times only to get a response my money has been returned. It has not!!!

I do not recommend Crate Escape! Use another service. Crate Escape does not treat customers well! Nicky (or however you spell her name) and was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE when I asked about a billing issue during a holiday weekend. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you have a billing issue expect a Crate Escape employee to call you yelling for no reason. They do not respond to customer inquiries. I had to cancel my card because they refused to stop making unauthorized charges then she had the nerve to call me yelling... You guys need to get it together. I've been a customer for MONTHS now. I do not deserve this treatment from any of your employees.

Our dog loves it. Big areas to play in. They group dogs of similar energy together for excellent play. She's always happy to go, always happy to come home (nice and tired from running around)

Recently I brought my beautiful Australian Shepherd to be groomed. I explained how he was to be cut. We spent time making sure everything was understood. I was told they were very knowledgeable about how Australian Shepherd. Imagine my horror when they brought my beautiful boy out and he was shered down to his skin. He had Razer burns all over especially on his scrotom. I had to put medicine on him for several weeks. He cried and was in so much pain. I went back and told them what happened. Aussies should never be skinned as it can ruin their coat. They relunctantly gave me half of the fee. They should have returned all. This was the worst grooming experience we have had. Aussie have a very thick coat and gets matted esaly. They should only been brushed or scissors and mats loosened by hand. Worst cut ever. If I could rate them a zero!

They love my dog. Only wish we could see pics throughout the day or get updates occasionally

Crate Escape is an incredible environment for dogs as well as their owners. We’ve been bringing our dog consistently for over a year and he loves it! The Super friendly staff all know his name and his personality and give us regular feedback on his day. We feel very comfortable leaving him with a very experienced team in a very clean, positive, and productive environment.

A great place for your pup to play and socialize. They staff are wonderful and the owners are all about the dogs. My oldest pup has been going for 11 years
