Dr. Innis is not only a fantastic veterinarian, but she is also a wonderful and caring human being. We visited Sleepy Dog earlier this year after noticing what appeared to be benign behavior changes in our Shih Tzu, Teddie. Thanks to Dr. Innis' thorough evaluation of Teddie, we discovered that he has chronic kidney disease. While this was, and continues to be, a very difficult diagnosis, Dr. Innis has helped us in every possible way: from referring us to internal medicine specialists to navigating the necessary dietary changes and supplementation. I am so grateful to have Dr. Innis and the amazing Sleepy Dog staff as an integral part of Teddie's care team.

Everyone here is so kind and so wonderful. Dr. Innis is truly one of the nicest people. She was always available to answer our questions, she was patient and gentle with our grumpy senior dog, and she was so great at the end when we had to put him to sleep. Sleepy dog accommodated us last minute and made his passing so peaceful. I am very grateful to the entire staff for everything they do and look forward to working with them with future animals. Don’t be deterred by the wait for an appointment! They are absolutely worth it.

Dr. Innis and her team take a holistic view of your pet beyond the body to include the emotions and interaction with their humans in order to determine the best course of action. Seamus and Clover are so excited to see the team that they bound into Sleepy Dog with wagging tails!

We love Sleepy Dog Veterinary. Check out their website and look at the photos of some of their clients. My dog has had acupuncture, massage and physical therapy. This is the best place to take care of your aging dog or cat that requires alternative treatment for any number of conditions. Your pet will love you for it. Also the staff is friendly, accommodating and have a genuine love for their 4 legged friends. Just the best!!

I can't say enough positive things about Sleepy Dog! I was referred to them by our dog walker when our Great Dane puppy, Luna, was diagnosed with early ACL tears. Dr. Innis was an incredible support throughout our decision to pursue surgery and all of Luna's rehab. Luna benefited greatly from acupuncture with Dr. Innis, supplements to support her recovery, and reiki and massage sessions with nurse Sam. The whole team is kind, patient, empathic, and cares deeply about their clients. I'm so happy we found them!

We started using Sleepy Dog when we moved to Arlington 2 ½ years ago...I don't know how we would have made it through these challenging years without the help of Beth, Sam, Chris, and their lovely staff. Our sweet Princess Leia has had acupuncture, acupressure, PT...all with such love and care; they have graced her senior years. The HIGHEST recommendation!

Both Jack and Trent have been patients at Sleepy Dog. Everyone we have seen there (Dr Beth, Dr Jenny, Sam, Meghan, and Chris) have been wonderful, attentive, and caring. Jack has benefitted from acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage and Dr Beth helped us with a referral for treament that Sleepy Dog could not provide. Trent has just started treatment and after a single acupuncture session is feeling very much on top of the world. I cannot say enough good things about Sleepy Dog Veterinary. They are awesome!

Dr. Innis is fantastic. She is very calming and incredibly knowledgeable. She has been treating my elderly cat Jelly with acupuncture, herbal medicine, and most recently chiropractic treatments for his myriad of health problems. He is a happier and healthier cat for it and I know is living a good quality life. Thank you Dr. Innis!
