I love this place! They give you the time is going to take and our Bichon is ready at that time. Great people! Dolly looks gorgeous today...Bichons are particularly difficult when their coats are long but they have her a perfect cut!

Didnt seem to care about calling back and were very avoidant of the availability subject, two things that I won't be letting my dog around tyvm.

Great service - made me feel safe and comfortable during COVID. I just moved to town and desperately needed a groom for my poodle-mix. He was super matted. When I arrived they were just finishing sanitizing the place between grooms, which made me feel good. The groomer (a guy with beard) did an excellent job with my pup - full groom, toe nails, the works. He called me once my dog was almost ready so I didn't have to wait around. I'll be back. They were friendly, professional, and my pup came out looking handsome and happy.

I spoke with the groomer for several minutes when dropping off my Sheltie. I said repeatedly not to shave her, only a wash and a trim. It took four hours and when we finally got to pick her up she was shaved very unevenly and looks horrible. Then we were grossly overcharged. I tipped the normal amount because I didn’t know what to do but we will never have our dog groomed here again. I shouldn’t have paid the ridiculous amount they charged to ruin my dog’s beautiful coat. I’m so disappointed. Very unprofessional job.

Like that they offer the wash your dog yourself or they will do it for you for a little more.

Took my Goldendoodle here for the first time, at the recommendation of another "doodle" owner. My doggo looked amazing and he knew it! His coat is soft. The Amherst Dog Wash team did an amazing job. We will definitely be back!

I've Ben using ben and Amherst dog wash going on 5 months now and I'm very pleased and highly recommend Amherst dog wash. My boxer smells clean 4 wks later. And boxers stink

It's a small place, but they do a very nice and thorough job on our two big babies and the dogs aren't traumatized. The prices are also quite reasonable.

Ben is very attentive to my dog and her needs. She's an english bulldog and it's hard to clean under her nose rope and in her wrinkles. He does an amazing job! My dog absolutely loves her baths!

They did a good job, on time and on budget.

Great place. Very clean. Very warm! Lots of towels! Sometimes these wash your own dog places can be yucky and have dirty aprons and smelly towels and sticky fur all over the fixtures. But NOT here. Easy to reach tubs are plastic like a hot tub and not cold noisy steel. and the best part is the soap comes right out of the nozzle. No muss no fuss!!
