Appointments scarce. No return calls. Disappointing customer service but dog always looks great @!

I couldnt be happier with the Shaggy Dog. The owner Casey, is a true professional a runs a great shop. Her staff is well trained and professional and efficient. Our dog loves to go there and is equally happy when picked up after grooming which speaks for itself! I highly recommend the Shaggy Dog Holistic grooming.

A little pricey but well worth it. I found out about the Shaggy Dog from the person who walks our dogs. She takes her dog there.. I think that says a lot.

Made an appointment for 3 dogs called to confirm time they told my daughter 10:30 then they called that morning at 8:35 and said it was 8:30 the last dog was scheduled for 10:30, why would you tell me the last dogs appt time I have texts were my daughter called and sent me text saying they told me it's10:30 not 8:30. They refused to listen and said if your not here in 20 mins we can't take any of your dogs even though they weren't going to be starting the last dog until 10:30 and that we will be charged full no show for all 3 dogs makes no sense you can't 2. The place is 30 min drive. Place is a joke no customer service skills they don't have any care for the dogs or customers. They don't really care if they lose customers.

After battling a long illness I give heartfelt thanks to The Shaggy Dog for the wonderful job and great care they took with my fur baby. He hadn't been groomed in a good while and it seemed I was hanging on too life for him. The gals at the Shaggy Dog didn't just groom my guy, they cared for him, taking care to understand his circumstances. That means more than you know! I am so appreciative of the loving care taken????
