Inconsiderate and greedy. We left because they will try and upsell everything and convince you to come in for an office visit rather than just answer a few simple questions. We have had many vets for our dog, due to military relocation and this is the worst we’ve had by far. Get a second opinion for your pet and you will learn that there can be big differences in care from vets!

From the time we got our little pup we started going here. The entire team at the hospital are very professional and responsive. We are very confident in taking our pet here. A special mention to DR. De TOLLA, when we took our pup when we noticed a limp she did a great job in the diagnosis and the referral. The orthopedic surgeon at Massachusetts referral hospital Dr.Frem highly commended the X-ray’s that were taken by her were very accurate in spite of our pup not being sedated. He also mentioned that we have a great primary vet.

I felt my pup was in good hands. I was traumatized but Bailey seemed unfazed. He’s made a remarkable recovery.

The staff and doctors at the Acton Animal Hospital are all wonderful! I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with them for treatment/appointments! My dog did not like to go to other vets offices and would try to not enter the buildings, but here, she pulls to get in the door! She is also always happy when she is returned to me! The staff is very good about communicating and answering questions - they also call the following day to check in to see how your pet is feeling (if your visit was for illness/injury)! I definitely recommend this vet's office!

The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Our new 8-week old puppy is a patient and was treated very gently. We got several follow up phone calls to make sure everything was going well with Puppy post vaccinations and for test results. So sweet! Thank you!

Had recently moved into Acton and brought my 15 YO Shih Tzu for an annual check-up during the COVID pandemic. Everyone was very professional and caring. They met us in the parking lot and explained their process for staying safe during this crazy time. They took good care of my old buddy and came out with a full explanation of the results and their recommendations. I would happily recommend Acton Animal Hospital based on this experience,

Friendly staff, very patient with nervous pets, vet spends time to answer questions and explain stuff, never felt rushed, there is a steady stream of people bringing dogs and cats so must be a good place.

The staff is great and super helpful. My dog gets so excited when we go to the vet. He's always happy to see his friends at AAH. Everyone is incredibly nice.

Acton Animal Hospital takes wonderful care of my senior kitty. They are patient and thoughtful. They run tests and procedures that are necessary but I also feel like they are respectful of cost and being invasive w my old girl.

We have been going to Acton Animal Hospital for about 20 years now. As a professional dog walker and pet sitter and a parent to 3 four legged critters, I am particular about the health care my animals receive. I have always felt confident that they are getting the best care at AAH. I don’t usually have to wait too long for an appt. and the staff is always kind and professional. I have never had an issue or concern.

Absolutely love this place, I always fear taking my sick pet to the vet because I always never come back home with them. My 14 year old schnauzer came down with extreme spins and couldn’t walk, I thought this was going to be one of those times, I took her to this vet and to my surprise the very nice vet informed me that my dog has vestibular disease, this was very relieving as I took my dog home and 6 days later she’s walking and being herself again, I would say she’s at 75% herself and slowly improving. I really arriviste how much this office REALLY CARES about you dog. I’m glad I still have my pup and I will be taking my future animals to this office from now on. Thanks Acton Animal Hospital!

Great animal clinic we have had all our animals at for their entire lives

Everyone was so sweet and compassionate, we got an appointment right away and our cat is doing great, we thought that this was it.

Acton Animal Hosp. truly care about the animals that they tend to. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable and even make shy dogs like mine feel at ease. They don't rush through an exam and take all the time necessary to answer questions. I highly recommend Acton Animal Hospital to anyone in the area (and even further out) to bring your four-legged kids here for preventive, as well as more serious visits. The staff is wonderful! Very friendly and professional! I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes after my appointment time. They are very gentle with the handling of our dogs. I also like the fact that they call us, the day after an appointment where vaccinations have been given or a visit made due to a concern we may have, to be sure our pup is ok. Their office is always clean and free of strong animal smells. I strongly recommend Acton Animal Hospital?
