I sense they are prejudice...The 1st call to them was like pulling teeth for an appt! Nevertheless, I went elsewhere

Horrible customer service. Will not be back not even to spend $1. I have been a good customer for many years. Your counter person had poor people skills and needs to retrained. I arrived to my grooming appointment from NJ not even a minute late after I called stating there was some traffic on the bridge and I’ll arrive by 1015 and was rudely turned away at the door. He could have told me on the phone if there was going to be a problem.

Great place to buy food for most pets

I took my dog today to get a full groom when I went to pick her up she didn’t even look like she got a hair cut, she didn’t even smell good, no dog perfume no accessories on her, smh $80.00 wasted.never again would I take her to this place, not recommend at all. Zero stars in my book

The best experience for myself and my kitty as she had her nails clipped by staff. The store is clean, updated and relevant to your pets needs. The staff VERY friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE, I WILL BE RETURNING FOE SERVICES AND SUPPLIES.

We took our nervous puppy for his first grooming. By the time we picked him up he had new best friends ☺️❤️. Biscuit was very happy!

I am a new puppy mom and I heard of Riverfront Pets from a few friends. This shop is clean, stocked with everything you need to become a new pet owner. They were patient with me and my puppy. They educated and share a few samples for me. They loaded things into my car. This is above and beyond service and I’d recommend anyone choosing this shop even over online shopping! They experience is worth it!

We took our puppy to his first-ever grooming appointment at Riverfront, and we couldn't be more pleased! Our little guy was a bit shy when we dropped him off, but when it was time for us to pick him up, he was a completely different dog! He was calm, happy, and of course, immaculately clean. Everyone at Riverfront is so kind, and you can tell that they love our fur babies just as much as we do. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much for taking care of our Cricket!

I took my 9 year old chihuahua mix to Riverfront pets today for a nail cut. I know it’s not a lot to most people, but I struggle to cut her nails myself. The groomer (so sorry, I forget her name!) was wonderful. She cut Chili’s nails so fast and said she was super easy. We’ll be back soon!

Just returned from getting my dog's nails clipped...she's not the easiest to handle when it comes to that, but they were awesome. Would definitely go back again

I took a kitty in for a mani/pedi. The girls in the shop couldn't have been friendlier! They are very flexible and accommodating. Plus the cost is very reasonable.

We love Riverfront Pets! This store has quickly become one of our favorite weekend stops... not just because it’s one of the few truly pet friendly places around (they have a toy-testing station that our Maple LOVES!), but because it’s a beautiful shop & the owners are the most customer-service minded, friendly people! We also have started getting our puppy, Maple, groomed at Riverfront and couldn’t be happier or imagine trusting anyone else. If you love your fur-baby like we do, go check out all their attire, toys & such! We can’t recommend this place enough!????❤️

Friendly staff, and doing a good job following social distancing protocols. Limiting 8 "human" customers while I was there. Nice selection of quality looking dog and cat gear, and pretty reasonable grooming prices. Will definitely be back.

Brought back ONE $16 chew toy expecting more than 60 seconds of it before my scottie destroyed it unraveling everywhere (simply wanted an exchange for something more durable). Woman there couldn’t have been more condescending and rude and didn’t offer any solution > so here you go bad review and NEVER COMING BACK!

Gave my dog a bath here today for the first time and i am obsessed! This place is adorable and very clean and every employee was so welcoming and friendly! I will definitely be a regular here :))

Such a great store for pets! The staff is so helpful and caring about your pet. They have a great range of toys, treats, food and anything else you could need. They also provide dog walking services for those who live in the area. This is the first place I go for any of my pet supply needs!

This pet store is decent they have pretty much anything to suit your pets needs!
