My dogs are always well taken care of and look great when they come home.

I want to first state, that I will no longer be bringing my puppy here, he was physically hurt. My dog went into get his regular groom at 10:30 in the morning, but wasn't ready until around 3. After he was taken home, we found a huge chunk of skin missing from under his armpit. I have attached pictures below. The groomer had not informed me that he was hurt and had a hole in his skin. I am furious that such a big gash was not mentioned at the moment it happened. I called the vet right away and got an appointment the next morning. I called the groomer and asked why they did not inform me and they simply stated " it was a busy and crazy day, and we just forgot to mention it." That answer is a cop out and frustrating as they should never be too busy to inform a dogs owner that they are bleeding out and have flesh showing. The vet ended up having to numb the area, put in staples, give antibiotics, and put a cone on him for 10 days. This action taken by the groomer is irresponsible and heartbreaking. Along with that, they refused to pay for the vet bill for something they caused. If you do not want to see your babies get hurt like mine did, please do not send them here.

A Natural Paw is AMAZING! I’ve brought my rescue teacup yorkie here several times and they’ve always been so gentle and patient with him. His haircut always looked fantastic. Super friendly and professional staff.

Top notch grooming services! Compassion and caring are evident with every interaction. When I brought home a flea infested puppy they helped me get her cleaned up safely and made her comfortable. They have groomed several rescue puppies for me and are all around amazing.

Terrible customer service, the owner is extremely rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. They cut up my dogs skin which led to severe irritation in that area, and he has been miserable ever since. The owner refuses to take accountability for his workers mistake and even tried to blame my dog for licking the area when there are clearly scars there from where he was cut. This was my first time trying this groomer and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING...DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!

If I could give them zero stars I WOULD !! my cousin brought her dog here to get a simple grooming and he came back with cuts on his skin, his skin has been irritated ever since and he has been nothing but miserable. We brought this to the owners attention and we were completely dismissed. We will NEVER come back here again not only for the hurting my dog but because they took zero accountability. stay away from this place!!

I took my dog here, and it was the worst haircut she has ever received. I asked them to cut her hair down and trim her nails; the hair around her butt was barely cut, and her paws weren’t cut down at all. Her “thumb” claws weren’t even cut. They were shaved down along the side, and she was in danger of those claws growing into her skin when I finally noticed how poorly they were cared for. I also asked them to cut down the “sideburns” that had formed on her face from the hair; they didn’t do that at all. All around the WORST grooming I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. Abhorrent and terrible. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

We take all 3 of our dogs. 2 Yorkies and a golden doodle. Patient and kind and an outstanding groom every time we go.

We rescued a puppy, her name is Tia. She was pretty matted, the groomers at A Natural Paw did a wonderful job making her look beautiful ❤️. We are very pleased

I am new to area. I asked around and A Natural Paw was suggested. I was there this morning and they are wonderful. I will be back for regular visits. Great place.

I have a 10 yr old lab , this was her first time to a groomer (always have done it myslef) so was a little nervous. However the staff, atmosphere and whole experience was good. Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean open to viewing work area and the best part is they are very reasonably priced. Definitely will be returning. Already scheduled our next visit. Thanks A natural paws ???? Update: DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE!!!! MY DOG WAS ABUSE AT HER LAST VISIT. HAD A BLOODIED NOSE WHEN I PICKED HER UP.

Love how caring everyone is in handling our dog. They always do a good job even when my Yorkie is a challenge sometimes.

We love A Natural Paw! Our dog gets so excited to go. The staff genuinely love and care for our dog. It is such a relief to be able to drop him off and know he is safe and respected the whole time. The experienced staff makes all the difference, not only in the way our dog is treated, but in results as well. We had to use a different groomer once and we will NEVER stray again. I recommend A Natural Paw 100%!

JC does a great job with my little Havanese he has medical issues and I don't worry about leaving him there at all ????

An employee name Raven is awful. She does not know how to deal with people. She is rude and can be rough when handling the animals. The owner should let her go. She is just going to drag the business down.
