After being a customer for about 3 years my girlfriend purchased a new harness for one of our dogs. The harness did not fit and we simply wanted to switch for a different one. We were told we couldn't because a tag was missing and the harness was unsellable. This store can keep their overpriced items and sick animals. I wanted to support a local store but because of them not even attempting to cooperate with a regular customer I will have to take my business to Petco.

Dude if I could leave a 0 review I would, I brought a hamster here and with a week or two he died he had a stroke and scratched the side of his face extremely raw I went in to pv pets to request a refund the lady kept telling me I signed a contract even though I didn’t, nicol who checked me out didn’t give me a contract or anything at all to sign and refused to help me and did not care at all, I would not recommend anyone shopping at pv pets this is ridiculous if you can’t take care of the animals why work at a pet shop

They did a good job washing our dog and cutting his nails.

Bought a beta fish. Hes doing good.

We got a precious Cav pup 4/19. We prefer adopting over shopping but I fell in love. He has brought such joy to our family.

Did a great job trimming my cat's claws. Tech was very relaxed around my cat which made his experience good.

The groomer and her staff are truly talented. They know what they are doing and it shows in their beautiful work. My dog is always comfortable going in and when I pick him up he not only looks great, he is happy too. The place is immaculate and the staff is kind & professional.

Just bought a hermit and some hermit water conditioner, service was amazing and I love this little dude, named him wren.

Good selection, but miserable staff. They all stand around the front counter while the actual pets are without water and dirty cages. Insaud something to them and they looked at me like I had a third eye. We adopted a cat from them thst was so full.of worms, it took three treatments to get her clear, and she had ringworm thst is still being treated. Buyer be aware, they self medicate these animals, when I asked for a vet cert it was like I asked for the password to their bank account.

I bought one of their birthday baskets which was about $50 and it came with 3 bags of treats and a “cake” cookie treat. I didn’t open the basket until a day later, on my dog’s birthday, and after singing to him we could not believe the cake had worms crawling out of it. I threw it out immediately and called the store. The representative Kayla told me she could not help me with anything because i discarded of the product. I told her I had pictures, but she stated that I should have stored it in my freezer until they died and returned it, in order to receive a refund. I usually shop at PetSmart, but I visited Pv Pets once in the past and liked that they had a lot of raw treats. I went in the store and dropped a couple hundred bucks buying my dog hygiene products and some things for his birthday. Never again will I give my money to this store????????

New to the area snd now found a new store for my pets

This is Astro my golden retriever. I usually take my dog to this place once a month. Every first week of the month. This month I took him as usual to get a shower and a hair. When I go pick him up. I didn't recognize him they shave all his fur all his hair was gone. He even had cuts on his legs. I don't recommend this place to know one. And hopefully all his fur grows back like is supposed to. His only 5 month old. You not supposed to shave a Dog when is a puppy and specially when I didn't even said to shave him. ???? worse place ever. There's pictures from before and after one pict from Sept when I took him and the one with no hair a was in October.

People there are very helpful but a little high price I bought 2 flea packs for my cat and 3 toys cost me almost $100.00

I called ahead to verify the items that I needed. The staff was very helpful and polite I will shop here again.
