My dog Digby finished a wonderful training class with Dana S. We learned a lot of training information for our dog. She spent a lot of time making sure we understood the training techniques.

Horrible pet care! It’s sad. Me and my daughter came to see the snakes and oh lord’ they have stuck shed, they looked so uncomfortable ???? not the first time. Talked to the manager and she said she haven’t shed yet, girl she won’t do it bc their shed is stuck already!. They need more humidity! But it’s like talking to the wall. Daughter said: please mommy rescue her. I was like no, bc they are gonna turn around and get more!. It’s sad! Just about the money, not about the pets health!.

I was welcomed into the store. Celia was so great. She even listened to my story of my adopting 2 kittens that were found along a highway.

Everyone was very helpful and good selection of pet products.

I just want to thank everyone at Petco working today for being so helpful. I'm new to the area, and my dog had his nail ripped off while chasing after a squirrel. I don't have a vet in the area yet, so I went over to Petco to get something to stop the bleeding. EVERYONE was so helpful, and the groomer helped stop the bleeding and made a recommendation for a vet. The vet she recommended was also amazing and took my baby in and fixed him right up. We now have a new vet in the area, and know we can definitely count on the folks at Petco. Whoever monitors this – please thank the staff and tell them happy holidays on my behalf. Thank you!

Nice store and they always have everything we need for our pets

Very impressed with the woman running the fish section. Very clean and well kept aquariums and healthy fish however corals could be better but that's not her fault, petco needs to provide the proper lighting for them. While I was shopping today she also helped a customer informing her about some fish and from what I heard she was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful about the fish they carry. She will not sell sick fish either, the same lady asked about a fish that was in quarantine and she respectfully said she could not sell it because it's in a quarantined tank due to sick fish being in it. Would shop here again.

Very good. Quick in and out with nail cutting for dogs. Employees are always Friendly.

We bring our dog for grooming with Bethany she is the best! So professional and love her work.

I would leave a zero review if I could. I bought some rosy barbs to add to my tank. They were infected with Ick, which infected my other fish. I purchased medication from their store, which was ineffective. While there I saw they had the tank I purchased the barbs from as "under observation". I lost over $120 worth of fish due to their poor care/quality of their stock. I will NEVER waste my money on their fish or anything else they offer for sale.

I like being able to order online and pick up easily in store. Associates have been very helpful with finding items and carrying things to the car for me.

Good supplies, but very basic fish supply, maybe if they got rid of the entire section of ciclids (aggressive and large fish used to lure beginners) they could get some cooler fish like kuhli loaches, eels, more shrimp, and various other cool beginner fish. Again, great variety of supplys and equipment, but I'd go somewhere else to buy more exciting fish.

There is need to draw attention to all customers especially those without pets because we are ignored when we ask for attention to be given service.

People were right there to help me as soon as I came in the door they had the product I needed and I went on my way after I got my product.
