We had to go to an 8hour tour to Chernobyl last Saturday. We drove all the way from a different city and arrived to Kiev late, 1030.. This store was more than accommodating 1. after calling the accepted to have our dog received late. 2. The staff is very dog friendly 3. We asked for the dog to be groomed and showered , they did a splendid job! Last place the dog came back almost the same 4. When we received the dog, it was relaxed, hair tangle free, super clean and even more friendly to strangers. I really recommend this store, and thank you for the great team and great communication.

If you need to leave your pet, don't want to have it left in a cage and don't trust anyone, then this place is the only commercial option I would recommend. Staff has very professional attitude and knows their craft. Dogs are never beaten, nor they are "dominated", "shown their place" or otherwise "Milanned" -- their methods are non-aversive. Add to that the fact that dogs get regular care according to their needs -- I've seen our restless one sit on the lap of a human caretaker while our misanthropic one would play with her favourite toy. I trust this place now. You can watch your doggo via webcam as well.
