I cannot say enough good things about Dr Whitfield. I initially brought one of my cats in after dealing with years of aggressive/bully behavior he displayed towards my other cats. Dr Whitfield took his time, gave me options, provided a treatment plan and in general just seemed to really care. Talking with him was unlike any other veterinarian experience I’ve had. When I started having dental issues with one of my other cats, I called to make an appointment with him but couldn’t get one soon enough but left a message with him anyways. Long story short it was a very long week and a half dealing with other clinics/vets for my cats dental issues because I couldn’t get an appointment at Waldorf Animal Clinic and Dr Whitfield made sure to follow up and check in on my cat even though he wasn’t currently overseeing her care. We talked about the care plan my cat was currently on and he gave me his advice to consider which provided reassurance. I ultimately had to put my cat to sleep and Dr Whitfield was extremely empathetic and provided his condolences. I simply cannot recommended his services enough and would refer him to anyone looking for veterinarian care. He’s amazing!

Been a client since 1994, always treated me and whichever pet I brought with respect.

My vet was giving my dog shots to help her. She has skin issues. Everyone has treated her and given shots. My friend told me to try taking her there for a second opinion. I love the other vet but nobody was able to clear it up. She was put on a anti fungal medication and she is much better. They are pleasant, helpful and taking care of the animals.

All four of my dogs had kennel cough (something for which they had been vaccinated). I called my previous vet and explained our neighbors dogs had kennel cough and one of our dogs was violently coughing. They made me an appointment over 2 weeks away and wouldn’t even recommend anything for them. We have used this vet office for over 15 years, every animal we have/had went to this office. After two days, all 4 dogs were coughing terribly, and when I called back I was impatiently told if they were that bad take them to an emergency vet hospital, they couldn’t do anything for us until their appointment. So I started calling around…. That was when I found Waldorf Animal Clinic. I called on a Friday, and got an appointment on Monday. They squeezed us in as new patients when our established vet wouldn’t help us at all. The receptionist was kind and helpful and she was genuinely concerned for our situation. We took our 4 babies to Waldorf Animal clinic on Monday and today, Tuesday, they have some relief from the coughing as they are now medicated. I am furious about the treatment we received from our previous vet; however, we now have a vet that cares about their patients and we are thrilled!! The veterinarian was wonderful, our dogs loved him! We could not be happier to be patients of Waldorf Animal Clinic. They obviously care about their patients and they were more willing to help than our previously established practice was. Thank you Waldorf Animal Clinic, we will be back; and with 4 dogs, 2 cats, turtles and poultry, we will see you soon!!!

The staff here were amazing with my dog and cat. I love my vet, Dr. Noyes. She cares so much about my pets and how they are feeling/doing. I am grateful to have found my vet, these techs and amazing staff!

Kind and took great care of little B he did well and will be back for further care. They were professional and took great care and time to discuss treatment.

After months of misdiagnosing my dog, we took her to a different veterinarian who without even getting the test results back, knew RIGHT away it was cancer. MONTHS of tests, medications, stress, money wasted with Waldorf Animal Clinic because they didn’t just perform a biopsy from the start.

I called and made an appointment for RABIES VACCINATION. I very specifically stated that the animal needed to be vaccinated for RABIES and that he had already been vaccinated for distemper. My son took our dog to the appointment where our dog was given two other vaccinations (one of which I would not have CONSENTED TO and the other he has ALREADY had). NO RABIES VACCINATION WAS PROVIDED, I ALSO WAS NOT CONTACTED AND GAVE NO CONSENT AS THE OWNER OF THE ANIMAL BEING TREATED FOR A CHANGE IN THE TREATMENT PLAN. We were then charged $210 and told to call back for another appointment to obtain the RABIES VACCINATION. I called and asked if anyone there could give me an explanation on why the vet decided to change the treatment from what was requested to a redundant vaccine and another that I DID NOT CONSENT TO AS THE OWNER OF THE ANIMAL and was hung up on by the vet and a second time by another employee. I then did some searching online and discovered that this Vet Office is owned by an out of state corporation that buys vet practices. There is no local owner or anyone to talk to for a fair resolution. I guess Ill have to file a complaint with the Maryland Veterinary Board. STAY AWAY: THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

The doctors and staff treat us and our pet with kindness and respect. We always leave the office feeling our pet received the best care possible. We couldn't ask for better.

This is the most unprofessional vet office I've ever experience. The lack communication and clarity amongst themselves and their failure to communicate effectively not only waste time but money. They really need to re-evaluate their practice because it UNACCEPTABLE & TRASH

I had one vet for 30 years and loved him. As he retired, he merged with another practice of 2 vets and I've been with them for 4 years. As the previous one was, they are good. Friendly, caring, patient, explain things well, reasonable costs. I've had some earlier in life who weren't, so I can tell the difference. I can evaluate them better now. I expect to stay with these.

It was definitely a pleasant experience. Informative, with clear, concise information and instructions. Also, dealing with very personable staff made the visit less stressful.

Dr. Noyes and staff are the best! I was impressed with how smoothly our visit went and how they adapted their protocols to protect against coronavirus transmission. Dr. Noyes genuinely loves animals and it shows.

Paid $200 & I feel like I walked away with no details about my pup not even his weight. No introduction to the doctor at all. Tech. Was pleasant but, for the amount I atleast expected a full exam that was $70 alone I had to keep asking did my pup had this or that which was frustrating. I was rushed finding someone on my end and that’s my fault. Just as a first time customer I felt communication was lacking.

Great customer service and they loved my dog. They saw in short notice and got the issue resolved promptly (tick removal). Only downsides were there was a small portion of tick left behind and the vet himself upsold me on some nutrition paste and made it seem vital for her recovery after exposure to ticks. Turns out it’s basically a multivitamin and can be found cheaper online.
