Very nasty attitude, and very rough with my dog. She is definitely "not" an animal lover, and definitely not someone I would trust handling my dog. You can't judge a book by its' cover, because it can be very deceiving. I would "not" recommend this dog groomer. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

This place was great. I wish they were still around. The owner pays close attention to detail and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the proper styling for each specific breed. She also is very creative and skilled with color. The shop was always well maintained and very clean. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. It’s very very rare that I ever feel 100% comfortable leaving my pooch with other people...friends and family included I had no worries after my first visit...I forgot about my dog when I took her for her last groom. They had to call and remind me to pick her up. Lol

She is top notch. She is great with dogs with problem skin or needing of more Specialized Care.

I take my pup here about every three months. My poodle gets nervous during grooming but they are pros and make her feel comfortable and she doesn't seem to get too stressed.

My dog left traumatized, with bald patches on his coat, and immediately developed a painful ear infection. When I attempted to discuss with the owner she was hateful, unprofessional, and belittling. I would seriously caution anyone about choosing this groomer, as both my dog and I have had a horrific experience.

We have been bringing our golden doodle to Doggie Washerette for the last 4 years and have only had positive experiences. The owner is professional, pleasant and kind. DW is the only place where our dog doesn't freak out. He always looks and smells great when he leaves.

This place is amazing. Ethel does her best to treat each dog personally. Our dog hates being groomed and this is the first time where we have picked him up and there had not been any issues. In fact he was even happy to go back! The price is great as well. I would give it 6 stars if possible.

Excellent place with friendly and helpful staff. All the supplies are provided from brushes to towels, and the machines are easy to use. My dog was very anxious, howling and struggling, but they were calm and patient in showing me how to secure her and quickly get through the process. I will be back and hopefully my dog will eventually like the place as much as I do!

My dog (and I) LOVE The Doggie Washerette! It's so easy to give my dog a bath, or if she is getting groomed, the staff take such great care of her. The prices are so reasonable - this is the only place I will go to have my dog groomed. No more washing my dog in my house - the Doggie Washerette is the only way to go!

Such a great idea and it's great for a quick bath for my dogs. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I am so happy they are around.

Great new place that just opened up off of Georgia Avenue. Just bring your dog...they have everything else. Reasonable prices...owner very helpful. My dog loved it! Big tubs and very easy to use. Sure beats doing it at my house or paying double the amount at groomers.
