I took my dog to Banfield Towson for 9 years of his life because it was convenient. I just didn't like that I took him there for 9 years and when I needed an appointment, often times were no urgent slots available. Because of that, I took my dog to other vets at times. When he passed, banfield was one of the only vet clinics that did not send a card. They do not go above and beyond for anyone. I don't see myself going back

I came here is my sister for her dog and got to witness David in action. He was the only one up front and he mastered the flow of guests both in person and on the phones whilst remaining professional and courteous. It was crazy today and he barely got a restroom break. He is so kind and funny too! I felt at ease and if I lived in the area would bring my dog here just because of him. He deserves a raise and recognition.

This location prompted me to cancel my optimum wellness plan. This location has select vet techs that are extremely unprofessional and dismissive when telling them about your pets ailments. I was cursed out by one of the vet techs in the parking lot last month. My dog had dental surgery this week and has been experience continuous diarrhea and vomiting ever since, and I have not been able to get in contact with this location at all. You cannot even leave a message because the mailbox is always full. The doctors are amazing, so it is really disappointing that this is my experience with their customer service every time. I have spent too much money with Banfield and Petsmart to have it feel like my pet's safety and health is not prioritized. Shame on you Banfield of Towson.

The staff here was very kind, I would definitely visit again! The people at the front desk, the nurse, and the doctor that saw my dog were all great. It was my first time visiting, so they waived the usual visitation fee, and I thought the price for bloodwork + urine analysis was fair. My boy is usually very shy and won't often go up to strangers, but he went right up to the nurse for pets, and even took some treats from him :)

I am extremely disappointed to say the least with my experience today at Townson Banfield! I drove 50 mins with my nervous scared cat to be serviced to have my appointment switched because I was 5 minutes late! This is poor unprofessional practice in efforts to manage an overbooked schedule! The waiting room was in shambles! This is suppose to be an establishment that cares about the health and wellness of pets but my pet was totally disregarded and neglected! After I explained this to the fast paced unconcerned staff and explained the fact that we were here because of an emergency and because he is not eating (reason I willingly drove 50 mins) nobody even cared or pretended to care! Everyone was more concerned with the logistics and being able to charge bank cards evident by the paying customer receiving top notch services and attention! I am appalled by the sarcasm and complete waste of time! Nobody even tried to assist or accommodate! The staff are in kahoots to ease the load and blatantly lied to my face and told me that I must’ve lost my mind because there’s no way I could’ve confirmed this appointment with anyone on yesterday! I showed him the call I received and the message still, I must’ve lost my mind! I feel devalued and disrespected! I wouldn’t recommend this facility to a stray cat!

The receptionist was terrible She was very extra and have no manners at all her body language was terrible She was the only reception there for that minute everyone everyone else was on break till 3 o'clock her carcasion Block and ghetto and yes I am black

My dog is always so excited to come to this place! The staff really treat their patients like they're their own pets! The vets are very thorough with their care and communication!

My dog had trouble breathing, so I took her in. They asked if I had an appointment, which I didn't for an emergency. They said they wouldn't take her because they only do preventative care. Later found out she was having an allergic reaction.

Super long wait on phones and I felt as though this clinic has a herd mentality...herding pets in and out like cattle. No thanks. My pet deserves TLC from his vet and staff which is missing from this clinic.

The third degree questions from the veterinarian in the back room over the phone about my dog is totally unnecessary. The tone of the questions about my dogs feedings because he’s literally (1.4lbs) overweight was a bit much!! It felt very much like an interrogation verse a vet asking with concern for the wellness of my Rocket. Then don’t ask any questions when you have her on the line because you’re told “that will be on the print out”. Ok. No thanks.

WOW! Dr Washington was incredible on our first visit. Our second visit was even better. Dr. Washington. She was attentive, explained everything and Duke absolutely loves her! She is our forever vet!
