Everything was great except for the young lady who greets you as you walk in the door, she was miserable on the phone and I figured she was having a bad day but nothing changed even in person. Everyone else made up for it they were great.

Our family has always used them since I was a kid. Now that I have a family and pets we continue to go there. Thee vet’s are always professional and never rush you through. They know your pets are like your children too.

I can't say enough great things about everyone at Fullerton Animal hospital. It has been my vet since 2003 and the front desk staff, vet techs and especially the doctors have always been so friendly, caring and patient with all of my pets and myself. Everyone takes their time with you and your pet and answers questions/concerns thoroughly. The doctors don't do unnecessary tests/work unless needed and they, along with the techs really show their love for animals by the way they treat them. I've had nervous pets and pets that love coming to the vet, but they have all had great experiences. Dr. Stock is my current Vet and he's absolutely wonderful with my Akita and two cats. They also have great prices and hours. I have been recommending Fullerton Animal hospital to everyone I know.

The doctor provided excellent explanations for the problem with my pup, the diagnosis and the treatment. He was very kind to both myself and my dog. I was able to get an appointment the same day after noticing my dog's medical issue.

My Pup Loves going there! Dr. Baker has gone above and beyond for my girl. The vet techs are amazing. My girls favorite is Sam and Allan. Thank you so much for taking care of my girl

Called about my dog and they open ar 8 am but no on answers the phone and their machine says they "open at 8am Monday thru Thursday"

After 30 years of taking my pets to Fullerton Animal Hospital and Dr. Brown being my favorite vet, that all changed two years ago, when Dr. Bradley Stock failed me and my pet.

Dr. Levine and Vet Tech Cody were both very nice. BeeJay was very comfortable with both. Front Desk Gal's were also pleasant. Happy that I could go inside with BeeJay and not have to wait in the car!

Drs. Baker and Strock are very thorough with our senior dogs and cats. Being adopters of seniors, we rely on their knowledge and professionalism, and they provide the best of care and advice.

First and for most I am over the moon happy to know and see that one of my favorite veterans, Dr. Unger is back at Fullerton!!! Dr. Unger was so thorough with my Patches trying to find where her pain was coming from. She checked Patches from tail, bottom, up her spine, under her belly and then her neck and found the pain was from her neck & spine. So we are following doctors orders to keep Patches crated for 2 weeks and on her medications that were given. With that being said today was day 3 and Patches seems to be feeling a little better but we must continue to do what we are doing for her to get her completely better! Thank you so much Dr. Unger Your the Top Dog!!!!

Had 2 vet visits this week for our 2 dogs. We meet Dr. Brad for the first time. He was great with both of our dogs. Very happy with Fullerton Animal Hospital.

After almost 40 years at Fullerton Animal Hospital, getting fabulous care from Bob Brown and his staff, I find I can no longer recommend them. Bob retired and sold the practice to a corporation. I took my dog there in March due to an incontinence issue, and they strong armed me into tests amounting over $200 which I'd told them up front I couldn't afford at the time, only to find out that she is perfectly healthy. A medication was prescribed, which I chose not to fill at the time, so I just watched her and she got better. Now, the problem is back, and when I called to fill the medication they insisted she needed another exam. It has been maybe ONE freaking day over 6 months since she was last seen. I'm furious, and actually heartbroken (silly of me) to sever my ties with what was formerly a marvelous practice. And in reply to the reply below, which I cannot reply to directly, it was several days shy of 6 months, not more than 6 months since my last visit as you claimed. After so many years of owning pets, I think I can be relied upon to understand the need for a possible urinalysis. Another visit? No. And because the prescription was still active, and there should have been an annotation on it (as told to me over the phone when it was prescribed) that I could fill it when I thought I needed it, that is the cause of my distress. Prior vets worked with me. You did not. It is hard to see your response as anything less than monetary in nature, and not taking into account any other factors.

After a couple of days of trying to find care for my sick and in pain cat to no avail, I was so thankful that the team at Fullerton was able to fit her in last minute, as a new patient no less! They really saved the day, along with the vet and tech who quickly examined her and effectively and gently gave her the care she needed. I am deeply grateful to everyone at Fullerton for showing such empathy and consideration!

The staff is very friendly. Dr. Stock is amazing! Not only is he great w/my very protective dog but he actually cares. He listens and explains everything thoroughly. And. They don't break the bank .

Literally just called and Alexis answered the phone and I’ve had the worst puppy day ever and she was very friendly and helpful. She made my day I sincerely appreciate great customer service and support and she is AWESOME!!

Dr Unger and Dr Stock are both incredible. They take their time with my anxious pups to help them be comfortable. My one dog is an extremely difficult patient. They go above and beyond to help her through the visit.
