I can't say enough good things about everyone at Timonium Animal Hospital! I recently switched due to our past vet never answering the phone and because of poor vet techs. I am so happy we switched to Timonium. Everyone I've talked to has been so friendly and helpful! My dog doesn't even mind going with the techs during curbside appointments whereas at our last vet I had to always have treats and coax him to walk with them.

I recommend Timonium Animal hospital to everyone. They worked diligently to get my cat (lil Boy) back to good health. Dr. Stephens and staff are amazing! Prices are affordable, staff is professional, friendly and care a great deal about your pet. I can’t thank them enough!

I have great experiences with Timonium Animal Hospital. They take great care of my dog and make time to ensure my questions are answered.

Today was my first visit at this vet. From the minute I walked in with my cat, Micky, until I checked out the staff was timely and friendly. Dr. McIntyre was so easy to talk to and she spent a lot of time talking with me about my cat. She had great advice and gave me meds and foods to deal with my kitty's urinary issue. I am very pleased with this first visit. I learned about this practice thru Nextdoor.

My two cats and I have met with every vet in this practice and I have nothing but good things to say. They're caring, knowledgeable, understanding, they listen, and they're honest. Price-wise, they're about on par with other local vets, but the service and quality of care put them ahead of the pack to me. Plus, they send emails with 20% discounts on the expensive prescription food one of my furry nerds needs. Highly recommended!

Several months ago our senior dog, Bailey, was diagnosed with stomach cancer. We had been seeing Dr. McMichael at TAH, and she offered us honest and caring options to help Bailey deal with the symptoms she was experiencing. Dr. McMichael asked me to stay in touch by email and phone with updates about Bailey's symptoms and she responded promptly with her insights and medication changes, all aimed at making Bailey comfortable. Recently it became clear that the cancer had progressed and Bailey couldn't keep much food down, so we made the difficult decision to end her suffering. Dr. McMichael was so supportive and helpful in this decision; she truly understood what we were going through. When the time came, she and her assistant Diane were with us, letting Bailey know how special she was. Her death was peaceful and calm. I will never forget their kindness.

I was a walk in new patient with my 61 lb hound mix having severe allergies. They honestly treated me like I was a patient there forever. I called more than 6 veterinarians in Manchester, Hampstead, and Westminster MD area trying to get emergency help for my best friend. Save yourself the time and trouble and use Timonium Animal Hospital. Prices are reasonable for services provided. ($25 for a 3 year rabies vaccine). Services top notch.

My fur babies have been part of the Timonium Animal Hospital family for years. They play a crucial part in their well being. The techs and doctors are extremely patient and always put the family and animals at ease. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

So incredibly thankful to the staff! So kind and caring and I feel comfortable leaving my dogs in their care also love Dr. Stephens!

They made a difficult visit as easy as it could possibly be. A couple weeks ago, we had to put our beloved 17.5 year old Chihuahua to sleep because his health was failing. The doctor and the staff were kind to us and very respectful to our dog, and helped to make his final moments painless and comfortable. They treated him as if he was their dog too!

Friendly and quick responding. We feel safe putting our little dog in their hands whenever needed.

Excellent pet care and srrvice

I made emergency calls everyday for four days and still have not had the care, concern or courtesy of a call back. My dog began acting very aggressively and crazy active after neutering on Tuesday. I called on Wednesday and as I said have yet to receive a call back. This seems to be malpractice to me not to follow up as I made it clear that I needed help very urgently. The front desk and technicians are a disaster. They place you on hold and then forget about your call. It seems this place has gotten too busy to give appropriate much less quality care.

Was told fecal exam is free for new client's visit, and confirmed with the staff when I got there, but actually got charged and they claimed they never have this discount. Did not get any paperwork record or anything for my puppy's wellness exam, and they even forgot to give me back the record I brought in with, had to ask for them to give it back to me. Also, they didn't let me know that everything is curbside until I got there. The staff that worked with us is nice and friendly, but will switch to other vets.

Extremely high customer service with highly competent vets. Compassionate and humane. Our vet is Dr. Kauder, and she's fantastic. She took the time to explain everything during a very serious diagnosis for our cat. I'm going to bring my dog here too.
