Went twice. PETCO cuts are better and less expensive. Cutter seemed insecure and it showed.

We love Snazzy Jazzys! Everyone is always super friendly and our pup is so excited every time we pull up. She’s genuinely happy to see everyone and they always go above and beyond when grooming her. Ive had great experiences with everyone here but I LOVE Mariah!

We talked our 150 lb gsd/st Bernard here. It’s great. His butt always looks great after a visit! We use Mariah and she give great service!

I had an appointment with a groomer I was familiar with and they put me with someone else without telling me. The groomer they stuck me with did an awful job. I asked for a teddy bear cut and she shaved my dog. I worst cut I have even seen! They did nothing to rectify the situation. Needless to say, I’m not using them again.

Groomers Alex and great groomers. Parking VERY TIGHT. Be careful. Another client scraped the entire side of my car trying to leave. In spite of that Snazzy Jazzy is where I'll continur to bring Grace.

They don’t listen to request. They just do what they want to your dog then expect you to pay at the end. Terrible customer service.

Alex was an excellent groomer and gave Grace the best summer hair cut she's ever had. We'll be back. Very popular and had to wait a couple weeks.????????????????????

They are amazing and are super affordable. They take their time and always try to accommodate all of my requests and did an awesome job with my corgis hair trim, so glad I found snazzy jazzy!

Rachel did a fantastic job. It was my puppy's first haircut and he looked great and seemed so happy! She explained everything that would happen before and let me know how he did at the end. They do grooming/nails along with teeth and ear cleaning. Here's a before and after!

First time visit to the Jacksonville location. I will be using their services again. Loved the cut, and cute bow. Would recommend to others. Great price and not a long drawn out process. .

I love to go to this place to get my dogs nails trimmed and filled! We are able to get in there and fo within 10 minutes! All the people I have met there have been extremely nice and they definitely show that they care for all the animals they are taking care of :)
