Disappointed with customer service. Prices at register do not reflect sale prices noted on shelf. When questioned, manager made no effort to correct the problem or honor the sale price. That's not how you retain customers, Jerry.

This place is a rip off they Is advertise a sale price but charge you a higher price when you pay for Is it and the manager is rude Stay away

My expectations were set relatively high, but I was seemingly disappointed. For this to be an establishment which supposedly caters to the animal population, I certainly would have expected a more vast selection of dog clothing. The pickings were next to nothing. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that it may have very likely been because of the fact that it was just before Christmas. It's almost the equivalent of KFC not having hot sauce.

Christmas Eve, place was crowded. They had what I needed and staff was incredibly friendly!

Check your curbside order before you leave. Unfortunately, if any of your items are cold case or something like that, it might not get picked up if there's anything else in your order.

Took our dog to get a bath and brush today. He usually is a little stressed whenever we take him to the groomers - but he came out very happy and he looks extra fluffy and cute. Thank you Gabby!! She's awesome.

This is the closest PetSmart and it is still a rather far drive for me, had a curbside order and half of it was not put into my trunk and the only thing they offered to do was "allow" me to drive back down there and spend more on gas money then the whole order costed in the first place.

The Timonium Pet Smart is very clean with a variety of supplies for pets. The employees are very helpful and courteous.

Lots of choices but a bit expensive

Good visit like normal. Only issue is that they are pretty much sold out of dog toys. You might find what you need or you might have to shop online later.

Store location and merchandise was great. I had an overall good experience, but subtracted two stars due to the attitude of an employee. Her name is Sarah, she was frigid and condescending when answering my questions. The work place has no room for personal feelings. Leave your ego at home.

Had our pup groomed with Ingeborg for the first time - they did a great job on our very wiggly girl! Sammy will definitely be returning!

When I got home I realized that they overcharged me by $10. Right item, wrong price in their system.

Good location, clean store, great selection and specialty items, pet friendly more so than other stores feom the same chain ive visited. Nice staff.

Two associates in the fish area talking to each other, ignored me completely and just walked off what out saying a word. 2 more talking at the tanks, not even a hello or can I help you.

We live in Parkville and had to go to this location because we couldn't find our can dog food at end other place wich is kind of crazy considering it's a few stores in our area but this location was the only place that had tha food
