Love this local business. Buy my dog food here and board my dog when needed.

As a new pet owner, I have needed more help than the average dog owner, and the staff here has been great in directing me to the right products. Their prices are comparable to o what you find online. They carry some of the "better" brands of dog food and a lot of other dog accessories. I haven't used their daycare or self wash facilities, but my neighbors have told me great things about them.

I brought my pekingese here for full groom & haircut & I can say that in the 14 years of owning Benji, this was the best haircut he’s ever had! I was so impressed, he looked amazing, I’ll take before and after pics the next time. Also, the teeth cleaning was great - my vet noticed how clean his back teeth were compared to his prior visit in which they said he was due for a dental cleaning but then asked if he had had a dental cleaning after his grooming since his teeth were noticeably cleaner! I will definitely be back - highly recommend this place!

I tried the grooming services for the first time today and I am so, so impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the kindness they show towards the pets. Steve did an outstanding job grooming my doodle, even calling me with his recommendation after I dropped him off. I know I will he a regular now!

I've been bringing my dog here for years, and it's the only place I trust. I just bought my new furkid in for weekend boarding, and the level of evaluation, care and responsibility shown by the owner and the staff is top notch. I appreciate that the owner knows my pet and family by name, and is committed to a great experience from day care, to long term boarding and grooming. JFP is an asset to the Springfield Community.

Brought my chocolate lab Finn to get a bath/nail trimming this morning and I’m so glad we switched groomers to Just Fur Pets. I shared with Paloma that he had previously had a bad experience with clippers at another groomers and listened, cared and made sure that Finn had a good experience. We just moved here and will only be taking our pup here to be groomed. Thanks for the care!

I brought my dog here to get her nails clipped. The employees were very friendly and nice. They took very good care of her, and made her feel less anxious and scared about having to leave me for a few minutes while they worked on her.

Waited almost two months - the groomers call me the day before to let me know my pets vaccines are outdated and they cant take her. These people Suck!

took my dog here for the first time to use their self serve dog wash area. Everything was provided and they have all kinds of shampoos and conditioner, brushes, etc.. after her bath, I thought maybe I’ll try getting her nails trimmed. She’s awful when it comes to anyone touching her nails. My vet won’t even touch them unless she is sedated. Andrew and another staff member took her into the self serve dog wash area, me fully expecting her to freak out. Nope. Not a sound from her. They got all of her nails without sedation. Thoroughly impressed. Thank you!!

they take great care of our dalmatian! she goes every few weeks to get her nails trimmed, at a very reasonable price. she went for her first bath and teeth cleaning with JFP today - she came back so clean and fresh, with sparkling white teeth! she's very vocal and can be an anxious bundle of energy, and they're always so polite/friendly. all in all, so happy we found JFP - thanks to all the groomers and employees who take such good care of our fur babies!

I love this place! They have great people who truly love dogs. My dogs have always been cared for with gentle hands here. They also have some very good products and dog food.

We have been taking our dog (poodle mix) to Just Fur Pets for about 5 years now and couldn't be happier. Groomers and service are great. love that you can stop in for a quick a nail trim between groomings and pay attention to special grooming requests. ????

They did a beautiful job on our huge Newfie. He smells good, coat is shiny and nice hair cut. We love that nail trim and ear clean included. Staff is very friendly and took great care of our dog - being so big he was there all day. Highly recommend.

The mini petco near my home moved out a year ago and I have tried a couple other places that offered a self-service dog wash. Just Fur Pets has the closest set up to what Petco's self wash offers. One of the tubs looked like it needs to be replaced but I was directed to tub that was in good condition. They offer several shampoos, small towels, grooming tools, and two dryers. The towels were very small so I needed several for my dog who is on the larger side (80 pounds). They had a smaller dryer for smaller dogs and a larger dryer for larger dogs. There are buckets of brushes and aprons as well which I truly appreciated with how much my dog shakes when he gets a bath. Aprons are one thing Petco doesn't offer so it was nice to not have my outfit completely soaked afterwards. It is double the price but still better than what a groomer would charge given that my dog has short hair anyway and only really needs a bath. Would recommend for anyone who prefers or needs to bathe their dog.

Corgi went for a grooming appoinment. They were prompt and friendly. Only gave four stars because the tail was trimmed in a blunt cut and I did not ask for the tail to be trimmed.

Just fur pets is phenomenal! They have a great range of food, treats, and toys, and their daycare facility and staff is amazing!

First time visitors. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Our dog smells good, looks good and she knows it. Made me feel very comfortable during drop off and pick up. Thanks for everything!!

have been taking my shi-tzu here for the past 7 or so years and i have always been very appreciative of the work and love the staff places on my dog. One of the best places to groom your dog

Fourth or fifth time we've used the groomer, and three of those they don't shave the tail. Completely ignore it. Short shaved hair on the entire dog, big waving flag of long hair tail. It looks ridiculous. We don't want to send the dog back in to fix, so we accept it. This morning, dropped dog off and very specifically have a full conversation about cutting the tail this time, talking through previous experiences, explaining I do not like the look despite other people wanting it that way, etc. Employee confirmed, typed it in the computer. Picked the dog up and the tail isn't even touched. Again. Took her back, they want to book me for another appointment next week to come back. No. Just no. Won't be coming back. I see the business always has some snippy dispute response to bad reviews. Justify this one. Try to explain why it's my fault.

My boyfriend's dog was killed here because of the owner's gross negligence. Do not bring your pet here, they are not concerned about the dogs' wellbeing and your dog will not be safe.

The groomer took extra care of my dog because she is deaf and can't see very well. I was very appreciative.

Treat their employees very poorly, customer service starts at the top and if you cant treat your employees right you cant treat your customers right.

They take great care of our dog Daisy! We bring her frequently for daycare. The employees and owner are always very friendly and cheerful. I highly recommend Just Fur Pets!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS TO THIS BUSINESS! They let a pitbull MAUL a small Pomeranian to DEATH in their daycare. That dog should never have been in the same room with the small dogs.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Staff were very kind to my older dog for a nail trim. Nice selection of healthy foods and treats. I like the toy selection; tough toys for chewers and even food puzzles- how cool!
