Good service overall, as always. I would like to be with my pet, am vaccinated, can prove it, and wear a mask indoors. Please resume in-person vet visits soon. Thank you. The vet taking the time to answer all of my questions, and the thorough documentation of the visit and consultation.

I appreciate how efficient and friendly the staff is. It's a haul for me to go from DC to Springfield and back with a cat and no car. Dr. Sidley clearly explained the results and did not push for any unnecessary care. Special thanks to Bethany on the phone...what a sweetheart! I cannot remember the tech's name for the life of me, but she was also wonderful. She has great natural curls in about three shades of red.

The person who set up my appointment was very kind and professional. My cat's echo was quick and the phone call to inform me of the results was thorough. I would recommend them to others needing to see about their pets cardiology needs.

My kitty had a heart issue during a routine dental cleaning and our vet recommended we get him checked out. Thanks to CVCA for running a well-oiled machine! Directions for the appt. were clear, appointment was on time and did not take long, and Dr. Sidley was kind and clear on the phone explaining what she found in the tests. Special thanks to assistant Beth, too, who was personable and kind on the phone and when she returned my cat to me.

The medical team and office staff were very friendly and professional. They were kind and practical when they shared updates about our pet. The team clearly explained what would happen during the appointment and included an estimate in the email communication and phone call prior to the appointment. They provided us with time to ask questions once the exam was complete. Communication was reliable. The staff was patient and thoughtful. Thank you for making our pet more comfortable during his visit and giving us a care plan to best manage his needs.

I really appreciate how the vet took lots of time after my cat's echocardiogram to thoroughly explain the results. Very friendly and professional! It's nice to have access to this quality of care locally.

I highly recommend CVCA. In regards to the cardiology department, each and every time, the doctor and staff go above and beyond making each experience comfortable. Furthermore, the care is exceptional not to mention the warm welcome upon arrival. The medical team and staff are compassionate, professional and take the time to answer any and all questions I may have. I value their dedication in helping all of the animals who visit CVCA. Outstanding Care, Compassionate, Excellent Communication.

My senior cat, Jade, has been a patient for about 18 months. She has been seen both before and during COVID. The appointments are easy to schedule, the required paperwork is clear and easy to fill out, and she has been seen promptly at each visit. Dr. Sidley is terrific. She clearly explains test results and the proposed course of treatment. She answered all my questions. The support staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the care Jade receives. I would recommend CVCA to anyone.

Today's appointment was a follow up. In over a year since the first meeting, consistency remains. Consistent excellence. Beth, Adam and Dr. Sidley, consummate professionals. Dr. Sidley is excellent in explaining exactly what the issues are. Beth and Adam are friendly, articulate and a great foundation for CVCA--its staff.

I had a great experience at CVCA. Having a dog with heart problems is scary and they really do their best to help your baby and ease your mind. CVCA loves my dog as much as I do and want what's best!

The staff is always wonderful and willing to accommodate our specific appointment needs. I never worry my pet is being cared for any different than how I would treat them. Our family loves all that you do for us and we appreciate the extra time and compassion you give. CVCA always makes time to see my pets and discuss what they found as well as answer all my needy questions.

Friendly place that send email prior to visit with pricing range and additional information about my pet's procedures. The vet was helpful and took the time to explain the outcome of the visit and treatment. Thorough explanations about diagnosis and care.

Everyone I talked to was very nice and efficient throughout the process. As a customer I don't like to feel rushed and it did not feel rushed at all, the doctor seemed very nice with explaining things with my cat. Of course it is expensive …

The tech who got Wesley was *lovely*! So kind and compassionate. The Covid procedures are very strong. The vet who called me was thorough and took time to explain things.

Very grateful to have access to a vet specialist who helps me take better care of my beloved fur child. I also very much appreciate the promptness and politeness of the staff, even when I was 2 min late and accidentally hung up on the receptionist!

We didn't have to wait when we got to the clinic. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was patient and kind while she reviewed our cat's diagnosis and answered our questions.

The staff was friendly, punctual, and polite. My dog needed to be seen immediately and they were able to find some room in their schedule. Dr Lefbom was fantastic. She was very sweet, was very personable, and treated my dog well. I had a lot of questions and she answered them and was able to explain my pups diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment to me. Aside from the unhappy circumstances that brought us here, I have to say that this was a great experience.

My cat Hobbes and I had a very good experience at CVCA Springfield. Everything ran smoothly and on time. Their Covid protocols were very clear and were followed exactly. Hobbes was taken inside the clinic a little bit early since we arrived with time to spare. The tests did not take long and a doctor called promptly to go over Hobbes' results with me. The results were explained thoroughly and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. Fortunately, Hobbes' heart is in good shape, but if and when he needs to go back for another checkup, we will return to CVCA Springfield.

We are very satisfied with CVCA and the cardiologist specialists! Your staff is always compassionate, takes the time to thoroughly discuss Odin's diagnosis, treatment options and follows up to see how he is doing & if we have any additional questions. We know we can count on you whenever needed.
