I have known and been a client of Dr Jackson's for almost 30 years I have never left her veterinary services. She's always truthful and honest with what to do about your dogs or cats problem

I've been with Dr. Jackson for over 10 years now and she is wonderful. She always fits me in for emergencies somehow even if they are overbooked. Almost 100% accurate on diagnoses right away and fast to get my pets the needed treatments. Doesn't charge insane amounts or do unnecessary procedures as well. You can tell she really cares about the animals and is very comforting when a pet has to cross the rainbow bridge.

Very nice vet they only do exams and shots now no surgery. Very affordable probably the lowest cost in the area for a visit.

Dr. Jackson and the staff are caring and knowledgeable, but they have not been open and have not updated their phone message. Are they gone??

Dr. Jackson is great with all pets. She is realistic and doesn't over charge or recommend unnecessary procedures. She clearly cares for and enjoys interacting with the animals. My pup enjoys going there.

We've been with Sassafras since Doc Sammons retired and closed Smryna Animal Hospital 20 years ago. Dr. Jackson was just what we were looking for. She and whole staff are great with the animals. They have been with her since she opened. When we had to bring our first dog for her last visit the whole staff came out to the car with Dr. Jackson to see her off. She's a great diagnostician, very pragmatic and straightforward. Rates are outstanding and everyone is jealous of what we pay for a visit.

I feel at home when I’m there, and I know my animals are getting great care. The fees are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Very rude people. Vet said, "I'm not accepting new clients." Which is okay. But immediately slammed down the phone afterward. I was asking about euthanasia for my dog.

They are very kind and considerate. They take great care of the fur babies!

Sassafras was recommended to me, and I drive a half an hour to take 1 or all of our 5 pets to this veterinarian office. I have 3 big vet practices near me but love the doctor and the staff at Sassafras. I have compared prices for office visit and the general health maintenance fees. Sassafras is a winner. Dr Jackson is busy but she’s professional and friendly.

Such a great place to get pets checked on or nails clipped! The people working here are always so nice and friendly and they are truly passionate at what they do!

Dr. Jackson and her staff of 3 are the best in Delaware! I travel from Felton to Smryna to see her. Dr. Jackson is the old time vet who touches your animal and uses her stethoscope to hear what's going on. I just love them!!
