I had my first visit here with my 12 week old puppy. The vet Dr. Weeman was awesome. He answered all of my questions and concerns. All the staff was also very nice. I am extremely happy I chose to use Duck Creek Animal hospital!

Always pleased with my experience, staff is top notch.

Always have great service. Love that the doctor gets down on the floor to interact with my dog, much less stressful than being up on the table. Hope as the practice grows the quality of care and compassion remains.

They were really nice, good service, provided all the options for care and left the decisions to me.

Said they never received my dogs records, yet were able to quote from the records certain shots they'd received. I find them pricy.

My doggie Ducky recently got surgery at duck creek. Everyone there is very nice, explained everything thoroughly so I understood what Ducky was getting done and what to expect afterwards. The prices are affordable for me (VCA was going to charge me quadruple for the same services) so I appreciate that! I really like being able to care for my pet without spending every dollar I have in the process haha. The staff at duck creek also called to follow up with Ducky after her surgery. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Definitely will be continuing to go to duck creek in the future for Ducky and my cat Buddha :)

Duck Creek Animal Hospital is very professional and ALL the Staff is well trained to answer questions and make the experience for humans and animals comfortable. I am happy that we are here and that our four Beagles are well cared for. I highly recommend this Practice.

I've had such a great experience at this animal hospital. The staff is helpful, friendly, efficient and truly cares. They go above and beyond everytime!

I recently had to put my sweetheart of a doggie down. He was about 15 years old, 125 pounds, and had Degenerative Myelopathy. He lost the ability to walk on his hind legs. They were very compassionate and understanding. They helped us through that extremely difficult time, and we were able to spend our last moments together in privacy. I would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend! I have a very difficult dog that REALLY dislikes the vet.. I left our former vet to see if we could have a better experience elsewhere; Duck Creek was amazing with my pup! From the moment I called to make the appointment I knew I had found our new vet. While my dog was still difficult, they were still able to conduct their visit/testing and returned him to me with a smile on their face.

I was impressed with this vet at first. My dogs only went there for a couple months, but they were always friendly and seemed to care about our animals. They always called after a visit to check on the pets which made us feel good about the care they received at Duck Creek. Unfortunately, my view of this office was changed completely when, on April19th, 2021 they told me my dog had a tumor (most likely cancer) based on 1 X-ray and advised me to have him euthanized. When I said I wanted to go home with him to think about this, the Dr. told me we could come back tomorrow, she even said “we can only have one person in the room with him, but if it doesn’t rain tomorrow we can euthanize him outside so your whole family can be there”. I left sobbing and prepared to say goodbye to my dog. Luckily, we opted for a second opinion. The next vet (Lums Pond Animal Hospital) took SEVERAL different X-rays for more views and was able to determine it was NOT a tumor. She treated our dog for his poor breathing quality and said we would run more tests in a week to see what’s going on. 3 days later, he threw up a piece of a toy we had given him 2 months earlier! He has been totally fine ever since!! It was the toy the whole time. Good thing I didn’t euthanize my dog at Duck Creeks recommendation! To make matters worse, they never called after that day to check on him. It’s been 3 weeks since I left their office crying after being told he was at the end of his life and NO ONE has followed up. I did call to talk to them about that and the receptionist explained that they don’t call to make it seem like they’re pressuring you. I think it feels like they don’t care at all. I told them Gotti was alive and well and they were wrong and she said “ok”. Poor poor poor bedside manner. Don’t take your pets there. If we didn’t get a second opinion, we would have put down our family dog for NO reason.
