In and out quick and the in store pick up worked great.

Used Banfield vet. Was disappointed that I couldn't go back with my cat. Wasn't aware of the Covid policy. Would have been better if I had known. Otherwise, the staff is always nice and friendly

Always A Pleasent Environment, I Never Feel like i can't ask for help and I always get a New Idea or piece of advice When I go there. As A first time Pup mom They've been so helpful.

They are so patient in here, one of the employees agreed to walk around with my 3 yr old and answer all her questions it was the cutest thing ever

The location: This Petsmart store sits in a strip mall of sorts adjacent to some very popular stores and brands to include target. There is plenty of parking. The Brand: Petsmart is my brand of choice for shopping for my fur babies items! Inventory: What Walmart has to go to for everything I was impressed that Petsmart had comparative prices for leashes dog food is still a bit pricey for what Walmart has but the quality of dog food is way better. When I shop I’d like to have my items right then as opposed to waiting to order online overnight the next day or eight days later! My overall experience at this location was excellent from start to finish I was greeted at the door I was referred to another associate when my knees were greater than the sales floor team. The grooming station gave me great tips they were very friendly and knowledgeable. The store itself was a bit smaller than I had expected but nonetheless they had a great variety of items

I went there for cat toys. There was a variety to choose from. I was delighted

Was walking around the strip center and saw the Pet Smart. I love animals and went in to look around. In one area I saw that they had several kittens in a display aquarium. As I was looking at them, one of the employees came over to feed them. I have been thinking about getting a cat. Over the course of 50 years I've had a few. I am especially fond of orange tabbies, and that' what they had. I thought, maybe this is fate that I'm here in this store at this moment, standing next to several of exactly what I was wanting. I turned to the employee and expressed my thoughts. He smiled and said, come on back on Sunday, but best to get here early because sometimes we draw a big crowd. I smiled wistfully, said "thanks" and walked to the door.

They do not sell pill shooter for cats. They only have them for dogs which are too big. I drove eight miles thinking surely they will have them, but no luck. I really need this to pill my sick cat.

Perfect is all the words that fits my number one petsmart store...all staff you rock....I do think there understaffed....need more staff..

I love this PetSmart location. I went there to buy fish for the first time and the employees that helped out were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I think one of the employee names was Cynthia and during my second visit today, I do not know the name but she was super helpful and patient too (felt bad because I made a long line of customers after me!) - major Kudos to them and their Managers! One tip: if you are buying fish for the first time, they recommend setting up the fish tank with the correct water for at least 24 hrs before buying the fish.

Nice staff, but they need more cashiers and Alena is amazing. My fur baby loves her. She is gentle and is the only one that can trim my fur babys nails..we love her.

Cool they need to add more stuff for ferrets

The place has dog barbers, but they call themselves stylists. DON'T let that title fool you. Instead of working out the kinks in my wife's dog's hair, they just shave it off. I then noticed that was basically done with all the other customers' pets. Disappointing. Good thing PetSmart is better known as a pet-selling store, with all those animals needs, fantastic specialty foods, and friendly staff.

They have friendly staff that are easy to talk to. They provided me with the best assistance and advice. Rest room clean and neat stocked with toilet paper (a must), hand soap and paper towels. I left there with a good product, more knowledgeable, clean hands and bottom. Lol

Went to pick up pet from grooming salon. Ridiculously long line with only one cashier open to service store customers and those from the grooming salon of which there was immediate service. Consider implementing a better system for payment of salon services.

Great customer service! I bought 10 fish on Saturday and 3 have died already, same thing happened the last time I bought fish from them????

Brandon is a great groomer. My dog Bo loves him and enjoying coming there to get pampered! Great job! Great service!

I feel like PetSmart is becoming less about the pets and more about money. The only reason I go there is because it's the only place I can find my cats food, unless I order off of Chewey which honestly at this rate may be the better option. The employees just never seem happy and God forbid you ask them a question.

I took my puppy NYX to get his first hair cut. The picture I showed the young Lady apparently she didn’t give that info to the guy what I wanted. I was not happy at all and will never go to the groomers at Pet smart. Another that hit me was the fact that she told me that they normally give your puppy a puppy cut no matter what you request . That’s one thing I don’t like when someone tell me what they going to do when I’m the one paying for it.

Really horrible my dog name Bella she died today because 4 weeks ago we took her to the doctor because they need her to take 3 shots, after she wasn’t eating anything, she was sad all the time. We try to take her in again but they told us that we need to feed. Didn’t work.

Out of stock on the item we needed, but we were able to order online from another location.

Groomer was so friendly and they were super communicative and my Quincy looked awesome!

Everything was perfect but one of the items I buy is pretty expensive but it's worth it .
