The ladies are always very professional and sweet! I love that fact Pebble’s (my baby) is treated with so much love there! I’ve never been disappointed!!!

Omg my dogs are so cute now. My Chihuahua looks great, but they really did an incredible job with me Yorkie mix. He’s adorable now!

Great experience with my Golden! Dani was awesome and knew just how to trim him and make him look great. He smells fantastic and is ready for the holidays!

The Sudsy Puppy was great with our 8 month old puppy! They were super gentle and patient with him. They have puppy blowers that are quieter. Bonus he left looking very cute! Overall highly recommend!

My dog has some temperament issues. I explained that to them and they had me bring her in to evaluate her. After the evaluation they said she was good to go and I can proceed with scheduling an appointment. The day of the appointment, I dropped her off, and went to get gas 5 mins away, and they called me back while I was pumping gas and told me to come and get her because she wouldn’t cooperate. They had her for 5 mins. I turned around and went to pick her up and headed to petco in Gambrils and I explained the same thing to them. A very nice young lady said she will try to work with her. She called me after two hours and said my dog was ready. I picked her up and she was shampooed and trimmed. They informed me that initially they had some trouble but after some extra attention she calmed down.

Aubrey took the time to get to know my old man pup before he came for his official appointment. She did a run through test to see how he would do with all the noises so she could make him as comfortable as possible on the day of. Very impressed with the level of love our puppers got. Thank you ladies.

It’s was my sweet baby Diego’s first time here. And they couldn’t have done a better job. He was so soft and fluffy! We have been traumatized by PetSmart too many times to count and I needed someone who would take extra care of my baby (he’s 7 almost 8, but still my baby haha.)

Many satisfactory groomings but groomer left for unknown reasons. Front desk confused appointment. Needed an earlier appointment due to a meeting requirement. Earlier appointment made but upon arrival with dog told that 2 extra hours would be required. Ridiculous!! New assigned groomer totally unwilling to deliver the grooming in 2 and 1/2 hours. By the way they advertise one and 1/2 hours. Had to leave with ungroomed dog. Cancelled all future appointments. Lack of attention to customer requirement unsatisfactory!

Olivia will have a furever friend in Blanche. She was amazing with Blanche and very patient with her! Great value and my dog seems so happy and not at all traumatized ☺️

My review in no way reflects the professionalism of the staff of The Sudsy Puppy, only the quality of their work. My 10 Month old Mini-Goldendoodle has now had his grooming completed here 4-5 times. During his second grooming, he got horrific ear infections immediately following the grooming. We chalked it up to assuming that he has sensitive ears, and therefore they can not be plucked. Our vet was very skeptical that the ear infection was caused by the ears being plucked, and that his ears seemed severely razor burned. Fast forward to our most recent cut, we arrived to pick him up and the groomers indicated they shaved his ears (after being informed he has extremely sensitive ears and not to pluck) and he immediately started shaking his head. The razor burns inside of his ears were so severe that he had to be put in a cone, put on sedatives and given both a topical cream and antibiotics for two weeks as they attempted to heal. Additionally, both ears were cut open extremely bad at the bottoms. The vet highly recommended we never take him back to this groomers and we have not since been back. Again, the staff is very kind and friendly however our experience for a $100 grooming per appointment has been extremely poor. Will not use again.

Our pup and us love working with Olivia at the Sudsy Puppy! She makes going to the groomer a super fun time for our sweet girl!

They did a wonderful job with our almost 5 month old newfie-poo. He went in with uneven and random length fur and came out looking like a whole new dog. The groomer discussed goals for him beforehand and made sure our pup was comfortable before she took him back. They even found him a bandana that matched his name! (The photos are before and after, the one with the boxes is the after)

I have been taking my dogs to Sudsy Puppy for bout 2 years - Tiffany is fantastic and everyone is so nice. She always asks what I want done and genuinely cares for my dogs. However, Front office staff and over 8 week policy needs an upgrade.

Very helpful, courteous person helped me set up appointment, explained everything, very professional Unfortunately, I found that they were not wearing masks (this was just before the most recent mandate) and that not all were vaccinated. Might not be an issue for some; is for me.

Had my mom take my cat to get her nails trimmed while I was at work. The staff at the Sudsy Puppy did a great job- they were efficient, affordable, and responsive. They did a great job cutting her nails, but now my cat punches my mom whenever she sees her. Not sure what that's about.

We needed a last minute bathing for our two Goldens. The Sudsy Puppy was able to offer a self service room. Everything we needed was provided to brush, shampoo and dry our fur babies. We will definitely use the self service again and look forward to receiving full grooming services as well in the future. Staff was extremely friendly.

My dog got a perfect haircut!!! Olivia asked lots of questions, to find out the exact cut I wanted. My pup was nervous when we arrived, but she was happy as can be when I picked her up. I can tell they were very sweet to her throughout her haircut. I’ve been to several groomers because we’ve lived in multiple states. This is definitely the best haircut she has had! The staff is also super friendly!

This is a great team of groomers. They treat my aging dog with dignity and compassion. He is given breaks because he cannot stand for long periods of time. Their idea! Brandon is gentle and thorough. I just love this team of folks.

My 2 dogs there are very comfortable with the groomers. They are very patient and do a wonderful job. We visit there every 2 months because they are very reasonable!!! Try them out.

My puppy developed severe matting after having to wear a cone for 10 days. The groomer discussed the plan of care that would best take care of the issue and has put my pup on a grooming schedule to make sure that this doesn’t happen again. Unfortunately , my pup had to be shaved- but the groomer explained the health risks of leaving her coat the way it was- hot spots, infections, etc. and to monitor her afterwards. I appreciate staff concern for the safety and well- being of the dogs and how they discuss what the plan is ahead of time. I will continue to take my dog, and now my cat, to the Sudsy Puppy. Labradoodle puppy fur can just get away from you- even if you brush and are a responsible owner. Glad I found attentive groomers. Ps. I had been taking her elsewhere during this matting issue but could not get appointment for a full groom and the baths she received while waiting for the appointment just made the issue worse.

They do a great job with our Wheaten Terrier and he loves going there

My miniature schnauzers are groomed by Brandon and Victoria. Both are excellent groomers and they care about my little buddies. The Sudsy Puppy is a great place for grooming, and everyone is very professional.

We have a short haired 65lb Heeler mix who we take to Sudsy Puppy for a full service bath about once a month. They treat our girl so well, and she comes out smelling so wonderfully! Nails are my sticking point and hers are always in great shape when she is done. We won’t go anywhere else!

Very friendly and very efficient! My puppy came out happy, she smelled good felt so soft and plus came out with the cutest donut bandanna! Our from now on groomer thanks so much!

I lost my groomer due Covid and now she has another job and no longer grooms cats I called Sudzy Puppy to see if they groomed cats and I got in a day later He was in and out in 2 hours Midnight was relieved we found a groomer snd now my other 5 have a place to go too

I absolutely love this place. I am so glad I found it for my cookie. She looks absolutely amazing after each visit and smells so delightful. I also love the fact that they give her these adorable bandannas to go home with. I highly recommend this place. The staff is wonderful.

They did a good job with my dog, were fast and nice! I feel like they should check id or at least ask for a name because I wasn’t even the one to drop her off. Pup looks cute tho.

The Sudsy Puppy is a great place to bring your CAT! Yes, I said, cat. I have a long haired white cat who ends up with mats that we can't manage. The Sudsy Puppy gives her a great bath and lion cut groom and makes everyone happy. I highly recommend this business. Only 4/5 stars because they seem a little high priced. But they are a quality business and take excellent care of my elderly cat.
