We board our dog Lola at Country Critters every year for a week while we are on vacation. She gets a bath, nail trimming, multiple walks a day and enjoys her own treats and food from home. She’s always happy to be there and the staff are all very helpful and kind. Would 100% recommend Country Critters for all of your boarding and grooming needs. Location is a fantastic bonus too - easy to find and close to home.

I had my Shih Tzu puppy groomed here and loved it. They did exactly what we asked for. My puppy wasn’t nervous at all when I left her. She looked beautiful when we picked her up! I would highly recommend their grooming services to any fur baby parents.

Best place ever to board your fur babies. The staff is great with my dogs and they love to go there when we are on vacation. Wouldn't take them anywhere else!

Great place. been bringing my dogs here for years and so has my mom. My dogs love coming here so I don’t feel bad for leaving them lol. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. Very reasonable prices.

We were referred to Country Critters by our close family member who also had an excellent experience. I am pleased as punch with how adorable our four (4) girls look! We have four sweet shih tzus of varying ages and they were treated like royalty by Angela, Marquis, and Debbie. Debbie really took the time to answer all of our questions and to care for our furbabies. When you love your pups like babies it is so important that other treat them the way we would... and they did! I'm delighted with the service and how gorgeous our babies look. Also, everyone was kind, courteous and professional. Many times I have been to places that are great with the pets, but awful with the humans. Not so here! They were terrific with us. Debbie answered all of our questions. Angela listened to what we wanted (and delivered!), Marquis called and took care of the bill with professionalism and courtesy!

the staff is really friendly, they seemed to really care for my dog during the week he was there. however, when I dropped him off the owner was on the phone telling another pet owner their dog was having bad diarrhea. I didn’t really think anything of it until I picked my dog up and he too has pretty gnarly diarrhea. I’m not sure why, he was completely fine at drop off. Again, the staff is friendly and the facility is pretty good but beware, your dog might have diarrhea when you pick them up.

Always have a great experience with Country Critters. The staff is always friendly. The dogs are taken care of. I like that both of my dogs can board together in the same run. Highly recommend.

My wife and I just had our first 1-on-1 with Debbie to help train our 1 year old dog. She was very knowledgeable and we made very good progress for just 1 session. Debbie is very nice to work with and the rates for personal training are very good. She even extended past the allotted training session time in order to finish up what we were working on. We will be going back after practicing the commands and tips that we worked on.

So happy to have found this boarding facility, I will not take my pups anywhere else as long as we are in the area. I don’t have any worries that my pups will be well taken care of when we leave them here. The staff is friendly and does their best to help you with last minute reservations.

Country Critters is wonderful! We have been boarding our 2 dogs there for awhile. The staff is always very friendly at drop off/ pick up and when I call to check on our dogs. Country Critters is very clean, reasonably priced and have great hours.... open every day from 9am-7pm! I want to share our most recent boarding experience. While at Country Critters our Greyhound-Jake lost a nail on his front paw exposing his whole toe... which was very painful for him and put him at risk for infection. We had just arrived to the Caribbean to start our 10 day vacation. Debbie Morgan(Country Critters owner) contacted me right away to discuss options. Debbie was able to get Jake to her vet( Waugh Chapel Animal Hospital- also wonderful)! Her Vet bandaged Jakes foot and put him on antibiotics and pain meds. We were gone for 10 days so Debbie took Jake back to the vet for bandage changes and checks 3 times!! Debbie kept in close contact with us throughout so we never worried and enjoyed our vacation. Debbie is exceptional and she and her staff treats our pets as their own! When picking Jake up on day 11-Debbie’s staff also gave me some tricks on how to get Jake to take his meds. Jake was catching on realizing antibiotics and pain meds didn’t taste so good. But he needed them and the staff was able to get him to take them. We have boarded our dogs at other places in the past but are extremely happy with Country Critters and will only board with them.

Recommend for cats! Big, quiet room for our feline friends. Also big enclosures. Super clean. Very nice staff. Most importantly fur-baby likes it there. It’s a no stress environment for kit-cat.

I have been bringing all my Rottweilers to Country Critters for the past 8-10yrs and I have never had a bad experience. The owner Debbie and her staff treat my babies like their own and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies!!!

Nelson is a picky pup. He doesnt like many people at all. But he LOVES the staff! Always greets them with a big hello and will get super excited once we pull in. They treat my 2 boys great. They never see my 2 boys as their breed. They see them as the 2 loving hyper dogs they are! The prices are amazing too! Thank you Country Critters!

The owner is very sweet and they treat my dogs so sweet. There grooming prices are a bit high for small dogs. ????

It was okay for short notice. The indoor kennels were really small. The smallest I have ever seen.
