The employee who helped me was outstanding. He helped me carry a bag a dog food. And he also tried to help find another product but you dont sell them in your store. It's PROPLAN wet food with weight management. If you can can you please see if you can get some. Another thing before he interacts with his customers. Well done.

I used to not shop their over petsmart due to higher prices then they lowered on my wellness for my cat there hasn’t been any Petsmart in over a year! I hope you continue to keep the prices lower on the higher end food especially since that’s all my cat gets. Well done for stealing a Petsmart custom I really enjoy my Petco

Great customer service and product selection

Went in to get treats to enclose dog pills in. Puppy kept spitting out treats bought elsewhere. Staff were able to tell me which treats to buy for the specific med my pup was taking to help hide the taste and smell. Worked wonderfully! Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous staff. This is s small store focused on dogs and cats but has a good selection of essentials.

We went to Petco in Severna Park because it was close and they had 2 puppy classes for a reasonable price. At first things were fine, I thought it wasd weird that they didn't have us engaged with her during training but they showed us things we needed to practice at home. Well then issues started!! Our first trainer Tristen quit without notice and NO ONE from the store called us to let us know. We went to a class and found out when we got there. It was around the holidays.... no one from the store reached out to schedule a new class. After the holidays we went in and got her on a different schedule and started puppy class 2 over with us. We're 2 classes from the end and we took our puppy in for class for them to tell us they could no longer worth with our puppy. Last week my husband said she didn't want to leave and when he grabbed her he hurt her and she put his hand in her mouth but be said she never bit him. How about AGAIN THERE WAS NO CALL A HEAD OF TIME SO WE DIDN'T WASTE OUR TIME GOING THERE!!!! Honestly I didn't even make a big fuss about it but in all seriousness they have horrible customer service and the puppy class is a waste of 250.00 because you could you tube what they taught us. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR PUPPY OTT DOG TRAINING I WOULD RECOMMEND A REAL TRAINING FACILITY!! Now I wish we would have taken her to the trainer our vet recommended instead of going the cheaper route!!

I no longer want to deal with your company. Your online orders for meds are not coordinated with your Rx dept. It cost me money for an order that was only 1/2 cancelled and reimbursed. Get your act together. I will only buy from your store when I can't find what I need somewhere else. You have lost a loyal customer.
