It's been one week since Layla crossed over the rainbow. It was the 1st time that my wife & I had to put a dog to sleep, and Dr. Giza and her staff were absolutely amazing during the process. We were given ample time to stay with her and say our final goodbyes. After Layla was gone, Dr. Giza told us that we could stay as long as we wanted, and when we were ready to just exit out the side door. Exceptional customer service????????#foreverinourhearts

FYI, I was just told that they are not accepting new clients and have not been for about two and a half years. I saw great reviews and a friend told me about excellent care there, but if you are not an existing client, you are out of luck.

I have taken my animals to Pets on the Shore since the beginning and to Dr Giza personally for 10+ years. She is very friendly and compassionate and treats my animals as if they were her own. She and her staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Always a pleasant atmosphere. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else! Thank you for what you do!

Dr. Giza and her staff are a complete Godsend. They have taken amazing care of my dachshund when he was very ill and in pain. She was able to run comprehensive tests and get him healthy again. I am thankful everyday for the level of care my Rooney has received. I have 3 mini dachshunds wo all see Dr. Giza her knowledge and attention to detail is the best I have experienced with any veterinarian. We are very lucky to have her practice here on the Eastern Shore.

Dr. Giza is amazing! She is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and will take best care of your fur babies. She will take time to listen to your concerns and will provide you with professional guidance for best treatment. Her front desk staff is responsive and will try their best to get you in should you have an emergency during their work hours. Best part - my dog actually likes coming in and seeing all the wonderful ladies at The Pets On The Shore!

All of my cats have been with Dr Giza from previous offices and now at her own location. My mother also takes her animals here and we have had them saved multiple times when issues have came up. I trust her with my animals more than any other vet I've had and even my cat with anxiety does very well around here so she's very personable with the animals and gains their trust quickly.

Dr. Giza & her team are compassionate and knowledgeable. A lot of people don't take small animals seriously as pets, but when I take Dr. Giza my rabbits, I never doubt the quality of care they are receiving. Thank you Pets on the Shore for loving my fur-babies like your own!

Why have a website offering services u when u quit taking clients 1/2 years ago

Been a client at this vet for about 3 years now. Dr.Giza is absolutely amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, cordial, genuine, caring, and always welcoming. Proactive in all her approaches. She knows exactly what she’s doing and really gives you the ease of mind after each visit because my dog ends up feeling better! Even after relocating to another area, we make our 2-hour trip, because we simply trust Dr.Giza with our pup. The staff is also very professional, friendly and gets back to you on time. The best place for my furry friend. Want to thank Dr. Giza for everything she has done for my two dogs - Cece & Chu Chu.

Dr Giza is very knowledgeable and friendly. She takes the time to answer all questions yet still seems to keep on schedule every time I have been there. The cost is comparable to other practices I have taken my dogs. Always a good experience.

We have not taken our 4 legged family members anywhere else since being on the shore. The know nobody else. Dr Giza is always our go to. She and her team are always professional and caring with the best for our pets and community.

Needed to get my dog's chip identified. I drove up and called and a staff member came out to scan the chip. She also brought me heart worm, flea and tick meds to th car!! Such great service.

Our three girls are handful, but Dr. Giza understands them just as we do. Could not ask for a better vet. Thank you so much.

I took my dog Lucy to McAllisters before Dr Giza took over. I was super nervous about starting over with a new vet, but she is absolutely fabulous. Always made me feel at ease when I had concerns & was there with me right til the end. I said goodbye to my girl on 12/26/19. So it was over the Christmas holiday. Dr Giza gave me her personal email and stayed in contact with me the whole time. When OtterTail closed sept 2020 (my previous employer), Dr Giza offered me a spot on her team in October. I’m pleased to say she’s as great a boss as she is a veterinarian. And I’m not easy to please ???? 5 starts all the way!!!!

Doctor Giza is absolutely wonderful. She truly cares and shows it. She is very thorough and takes that extra step for your pet. I'm so happy to have found a wonderful vet in Salisbury. The staff is also so friendly and helpful. Thanks again for all of your love and care you give to my babies!!

They are good, very personal A bit on the expensive side.

Dr Giza and team are the best. I have a very large and dramatic chocolate lab (I’m talking like over 100lbs and not fat, all muscle) and they handle him like a champ! He had a situation at his puppy daycare (he can be a butthead) and they squeezed him in for staples at the end of the day and saved me! Heads up, they also offer nail clippings in case your dog or pet is a little too much to handle by yourself :)

I love Dr. Giza and all that work with her. Smooth, friendly and efficient. Smooth sailing into working together to get to new normal. Love it.
