Cute and friendly place. I took my dog to give her a self bath. The ladies were extremely nice and even cut my dog's nails. We normally go to Petsmart for our grooming appointments. I now have an appointment with Muddy Paws!

Never made appointment, receptionist double booked my appointment time and refused to take responsibility for what she had done. She said it was impossible for that too happen, like she is not a human being. Instead she just wanted to argue.

Always first class service and my dog loves and trusts Linda. There’s no better groomer in Salisbury.

Receptionist is beyond rude, had told her I forgot about about my appointment ( mind you i’m 6 months pregnant) and told me to still come just for me to leave work get to the groomer and her to tell me we have to reschedule not only she was rude before coming to the appointment after I was going to reschedule. Just to be told I have an attitude of course I do I’m for one running back and forth and your now telling me you won’t groom my dog ? Worst service ever will never be coming back

The first time I took my dog it was great they did an excellent job with my dog then the second time they couldn’t handle him they were supposed to give him a bath nail trim etc well one they cut my dogs nail wrong and his foot was bleeding they were not even trying to help only give me a paper towel then I noticed that he still smelled and had lots of loose hair meaning he was never groomed charged me $40 for nothing

I had an excellent experience! I just moved here, and Muddy Paws is right down the street from me. I've only ever taken my dog to petsmart for grooming. She came away from Muddy smelling better than she ever did from petsmart, and Muddy Paws actually gave her a proper nail trim! No more clicking and clacking on the hardwood floors! The prices were more than reasonable. Most importantly, my dog is very nervous. I came away feeling like they handled her with care and patience. I've definitely found my new groomer!

Great experience from start to finish! My dog has anxiety about going anywhere and they are so great and patient with her. They do a wonderful job, she looks beautiful and smells great when she's done. Highly recommend.

First and last visit ever!- I was still in building and could hear Tammy the groomer talking about how hard he was going to be to work on him and was like this dog is so old I'm not going to be able to do . . . and I walked back there told them I was still in building and could hear her and maybe they should wait and make sure customer was gone before they start to talk bad about the dog I walked back there grab my dog and told them to forget it. DONT take your dog there. I didn't wanna to give a star but you had to in order to get it to post.

What a pleasant experience worth every penny my dog came out just happy and handsome

Came to self wash and was rushed out after 15 mins was supposed to be a 45- 1hr minimum. My dog left there still wet so I won't be back. Only went there because pet valu closed. Terrible customer service

Originally schedule my one dog but then decided the other one needed it too so i called and they fit them both in last minute! Not only did they wash away the yuck they had these cute little bandanas on when i picked them up. I only wish they took longer because it wasnt even an hour and momma needs a break ????

I have already taken 2 of my very fluffy huskies to Muddy paws and they did a very fantastic job. My dogs were so happy that they walked out prancing and feeling like a million bucks. I highly recommend this place

We have only used the self service bath area for our dog but it worked great. Much easier than using something at home. We will definitely be using it again.

When I took Annie to Muddy Paws for the first time I was very impressed. They even accommodated me when I got there earlier then scheduled. And I love the job they did. They also put a cute little bandanna around their necks. They are adorable!!

Great friendly organized self service doggy bath care. Everything at your finger tips

We are in and out in an hour. My dog is not in a cage when I pick him up; rather he has his own lane to run up and down with access to watch the TV they have running. Excellent job, very good with my dog, and the price is affordable. I cannot recommend more highly!
