Store is filthy and a lot of the aisles were blocked by unpacked products and stacks of boxes. It was mid day on a busy day. Maybe it was just a hard week but seems poorly managed.

Outstanding experience. The sales person was friendly and assisted in selecting many items for my grandsons hamster. The cashier was friendly and signed me up to their customer loyalty program

Your Sales Associate, Darren, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions about the fish and the proper care of maintaining our new aquarium. He was also very patient in explaining things to my 7 year old grandson, especially since this is his first aquarium.

Entered knowing what I was looking for, found in under 5 minutes. Check out staff was distracted by something. Parking free within 50 feet.

Had so many errands to run and with staffing shortages I was afraid my Petco stop would take awhile... nope! In and out in 10 minutes!! Several people working the registers to help busy Christmas shoppers get on their way!

Petco has lots of variety of pet needs, but what I like the most is the grooming service. They do such a great job on grooming my dog ????

So far, so good. Friendly staff although will not offer help, unless asked. We'll see how they are if I ever have to return anything.

I shop here most for my aquarium stuff but, I recommend this store. Staff are really nice and polite at check out and place not crowded.

Petco associates were truly incredible and offered me great advice on what type of food to fed Gordo, they were also very helpful in signing us up for training and what crate would be good for Gordo.

Good service as far as the employees. They just did have what I needed...NO SCENTED POOP BAGS...very important when walking 3 dogs on a warm day ....lol

The pickup was pretty seamless. The 3 call to the Philippines that totaled over 45 minutes prior the purchase turned into a frustrating 45+ minutes I wasn't expecting to spend which threw my whole morning off.

Love that it's close by, hate how hard it is to get help, hate that things that are "in stock" are not on the shelves. I couldn't get dog aspirin. The one thing I really needed. :(

Everything was taken care during the store pickup process as expected and prices of the items I purchased were the lowest among the competing local and on-line stores by a significant margin (my order was an on-line order so I had time to compare). Thank you very much!

The store is ok. But since the chain was sold the products and prices havent measured up. I did somewhat find what I was looking for and the staff are always fantastic.
