Great service that cares for our pet and the family.

Our family did our best to have faith in this clinic, but not only did they tell us that our pet lost 10 lbs when he actually did not, but also became very defensive when we asked for a prescription to buy pet food from another source. They wouldn't say no if you ask for it, but you can see from their reaction that they are uncooperative, and they call this their policy. Prescription issues happen every time we ask for it. They also charge you $60 for phone calls, but they don't tell you this while you are on the phone. They are not bad people, but not sure if we can trust them.

The entire staff at FVVC are wonderful, the facilities are charming. They take excellent care of my Blakey-Boo. Since covid they have been excellent about sharing information and their commitment to safety.

Came here because my dog was behind on his shots and I needed to find my dog a local vet in olney instead of randomly going to any vet. The staff was great at handling my very skiddish 80lb lab and brought him back with a smile on his face. The Dr also took time to go over my dogs health after the visit. Pricing was also very fair, especially for this area. Definitely will be bringing my dog here going forward

This place is amazing. Dr. Burns and all of the staff members are so helpful and genuine. They never make me feel any type of way when i have 100 questions to ask, i never feel rushed. This is the 4th veterinary clinic I've taken my dog too in Montgomery County because the other places were trash and over-priced in my opinion. But this place is a WINNER.

My pups received wonderful care here. The office staff is so friendly and they always squeeze you in if you need it. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our pups :)

Had to put our 17 year old cat down recently and they were very caring/compassionate /and we were not even current clients. We just adopted a new kitten and have decided to make this wonderful practice our new Veterinarian Dr. Burns is a great guy!

Terrible experience. The vet picked up my cat by the scruff, which is painful and unsafe for them. Clearly he hasn't updated his practices in decades. They failed to identify an infected claw that my cat had. The old man was horribly creepy and made a comment about how I was "pretty," while asking unrelated invasive questions about my university. I overpaid for bad service. Terrible place, don't go there.

I have been going to Flower Valley Vet for over 20 years now and I think the service is fantastic. This place is one of the few vets that I trust whole heartedly and firmly believe that they care about my pets as if they were their own. Stephanie always goes above and beyond to help me, her customer service is remarkable and she is one of the best employees I have ever met regardless of the type of business.

I was very happy with my experience here. Everyone was extremely helpful and very nice. After my cat was neutered, they followed up to see how he was doing. It felt like they genuinely care about him which was very comforting.

I've taken my pets to this veterinary practice for decades. My dog Goldie and cats Marley and Chloe (1993-2003), and after 14 years without pets, now my newly adopted kittens Sonia and Hillary. Dr Burns is a great vet with a great team of people.

It was okay. Disappointed the medicine I bought didn't work on my pet, so we had to put him under anesthesia anyway. Just extra money wasted. They're good though.
