The veterinarians are good. The customer service still needs work. I am long time client. I was late in picking up my pet and asked to pull over to submit payment since I would arrive after the desk staff.

I love the flexibility and the business hours you offer your clients. All the vets I have seen have been great and knowledgeable. The front desk is always willing to help and gets you answers when needed

I tried to give them ZERO STARS! I took my dog in for a check up so I could get his teeth cleaned and a rabies shot and it was $150, shocked! No meds no problems. They knew I was only getting the check up for teeth cleaning. Teeth cleaning starts at $800-$1,300 . I WAS SHOCKED! A dogs teeth should be cleaned every year as they get older. Now I wonder if these Vets even considered that fact. Apparently Dr Molesworth sold the practice, and these 2 Veterinarians thought they bought a huge practice and would just come in and clean up. This Veterinarians Office is nothing exceptional except the enormous charges. The staff seemed very reluctant to give me the pricing. They have no on-site night staff if your pet is very I’ll or needs to stay overnight, they have limited hours, a new staff , and from what I read they do not feel emergencies are important. . If you do decide to use them get costs up Front and don’t expect much. This is nothing more then a Petco vet.

Save my dog twice definitely recommend

I highly recommend Main Street vets. I have been going there for close to 15 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets. They are kind and go above and beyond to help during stressful situations, without breaking the bank. Dr. Nabozny is my go to but I’d trust any of the vets. We just had Dr. Hahn for an eye issue and she was great too. Thank you for taking such great care of my dogs.

The staff was friendly. The Vet and assistant was attentive and answered a lot of my questions. She was informative and I really appreciated the time she took to share information.

It was my first time taking my cat to a vet and it felt safe and welcoming. Also, thank you very much Dr. Han for your help with the certificate and her exam!

All personnel, including the veterinarian, was very sincere, professional and kind. Making the process, with all COVID precautions, a breeze.

We have been bringing our two boxers there since we got them. We have always had a good experience. This past time the vet was very thorough and in addition to their routine check up took a careful look at our one dog's leg just to make sure everything was okay! I am currently 6 months pregnant and had our 3 year old son with us and everyone was so helpful with our pups especially when we have a 92 pound boxer afraid of the vet!

Main Street Animal Hospital (Dr. Alper) is the best. I did have a problem before with appointment times, but after speaking with Dr Albert my next appointment went very smooth. She is awesome. I love Main Street Animal Hospital.

The staff was friendly and caring for my dog. I received calls back giving me options of care and the results from the tests. Staff was able to discuss my options with me.

I have been a client for over 25 years. I was very sorry to see DR Molesworth retire !! However, I had the best possible customer service done for our dog Turbo by the tech Carey Davis. She has worked for Main Street for years. Her kindness, compassion and dedication is second to nobody on the planet. I highly recommend her and this animal hospital to everyone!!

This was my first time bringing my puppy to they vet and everyone was very kind , knowledgeable and made me very aware of the dos and don’t . I appreciate them for being very professional and informative.

Having pets throughout my entire life, I have had experiences with many different veterinarian’s offices. Main Street Vet Hospital ranks at the absolute top of the list, and it is not even close. Always super friendly, and I feel they genuinely care about the health/well being of my animals, not just my money. Their level of customer service is truly unmatched! From my house is about an hour drive and I make that drive once a month for my pets that’s how amazing this place is! Keep doing what you guys are doing! (:

Prices are cheaper then other Vets. Every time we go all staff have been great. We tell all of our family and friends if they try you guys once they will never use their vets again.

We have been using Main Street Vet for 30+ year. We have tried a different Vet closer to home now and then but, always came back. Dr. Molesworth is a blessing to the pet community. He is always caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Prices are also reasonable and we thank you for that. Because vet care can get expensive quick. He has produced some great vets on his staff throughout the years. Great care at a reasonable cost! No better Vet around in my opinion. I think that's what we are all looking for. Thank you Dr. Molesworth for what you have done for our loved pets (Maggie, Ceilidh, Bridget, Fionn, and a few barn cats here and there).. I have been wanting to tell him that for years. JayU

I have been a long time customer to Main Street Veterinary Hospital. I trust all the staff and doctors there. They really care of our pets.

Dr. Molesworth really let me down. I took my dog in a year and a half ago to get a lump checked. The pathology report came out as cancerous but I wasn’t told. He told me all was fine! Seems he was in retirement mode and forgot to give me the details. The lump was getting larger. When I called the office to get the details of my previous visit, the office coordinator, Courtney was wonderful and caring. She really tried to help me. Needless to say it was a very difficult conversation. She had Dr. McKlveen call me almost immediately. The doctor took the time to talk to me and explain several things and invited me to come in to have Bleu checked out by her. It became obvious that Dr Molesworth dropped the ball. So upsetting! Dr McKlveen was warm, friendly, very knowledgeable, and understanding, I feel very comfortable moving forward with her surgical abilities while taking care of my baby. I’ll be staying at Main Street only to see her. Hopefully it’s not too late.

Good service. High prices

I have been taking my pets to Main Street Vets for years. Loved Dr. Molesworth, and am very happy with Dr. Han and Dr. Nabozny. Both are very caring and personable and always take time to answer my questions. They've provided excellent care for my cats.

Went quicker than expected. Everyone was very nice. Costs for annual medications were a little higher than expected. Thanks for doing Buddy's nails. I like the new Portal.

They sent me a review or a questionnaire I replied with an email I’ll be in unsatisfied with the cost of the veterinarian services how they’ve quadrupled from doctor molsworth and the response was to send me a packet of my vet Charting and Telling me they can’t win any services any longer little did they know I wasn’t coming back to that dump anyway. I had already requested my records and found another vet that same week I found a vet that is around Dr Malsworth s prices not the ridiculous almost 300 I spent for blood work in an office visit and then another thousand plus if I would use them for the dental. These people are so unprofessional that’s OK great practice of many years and I destroying it with her prices and unprofessionalism. Beware of Main Street veterinarian clinic

Vet hospital with a lot of compassion and concern! Very efficient even during COVID-19. Wonderful staff!

They should not be allowed to call themselves a hospital. When my dogs were in need of emergency services they were always to booked up to help. I will find a place that actually cares for their patients.

We have used them for years and will continue due to their excellent service.

Dr Mclveen is very personable and the dogs loved her. I was allowed to go inside with my dogs this time, which I appreciated. I was taken in within 10 minutes of my appointment time and seen quickly which was a welcome improvement from pre-pandemic times. All the staff were friendly. I rated it one less star due to the somewhat breathtaking cost of the visit, which for 2 dogs lasted only 15-20 minutes total. There was a very minimal increase for the cost of the vaccines from a year ago but they're now taking Simparica Trio and a 6 month supply for both dogs is >$300. Just be forewarned. I've been a client at Main Street Vet for 14 years.
