Dr. Taylor is the best. She is so kind and caring. She explains things in a down to earth level and makes sure we understand what is happening. We have a sick cat and she has kept her alive for many years now. She shows compassion for each and every pet she touches. I highly recommend her and Dr. Crowl!

I love this place. Great rates friendly staff. And free treats. Everyone is very knowledgeable and I feel like I can trust them with my dog Scooby. This is him right after his visit!

I am so appreciative of the care given to my dog. I was Able to get A last minute appointment and was impressed by the safety measures in place as well as the overall care for my sick dog. Everyone there made A stressful situation easier to manage. And thanks to Nw Animal Hospital my Buddy is on the mend.

Dr. Crowl and Dr. Taylor are both excellent veterinarians who always provide top-notch service. They are very responsive to our questions and concerns, are readily available, and take great care of our dogs. The front office staff is always helpful, friendly, and efficient. We have been with this practice for over 20 years and would not consider going to another practice.

Dr. Taylor & Dr. Crowl are awesome! They treat my pup as if she were their own. The staff are always willing to help out even with the smallest concern.

I have been going to Northwest for the past 5, almost 6 years. I have an elderly cat, two young cats and three dogs. They always treat all of my babies with kindness and respect. The elderly cat is not good at the vet but they always handle him well and get him the care he needs. I also have a dog who was traumatized by a veterinary dentist and is now extremely terrified of the vet - Northwest is always accommodating and helps him feel as comfortable as he can. Denise at the front desk is always so helpful, and there’s another vet tech that always is so sweet to us but I can’t remember her name. It’s so important to me to have a vet that I trust and cares for my babies like their own and I’m so grateful I have that at northwest. Even with moving, I still drive 30 mins to them! Love love love.

I can’t say enough about the care my pet received at this animal hospital. The doctor is very efficient. He was able to remove a cyst on my dog in less than 30 minutes. When I had questions after the procedure, he took the time to kindly respond. The staff is extremely friendly and caring. On top of all of that, the prices are amazing! Thank you Northwest Animal Hospital, I’ve finally found a reliable, professional, competent vet for my pet!

My standard poodle was not even 6 months old when she started getting sick with vomiting and runny bloody diarrhea. Countless visits of switching foods and anti-nausea medication and suggestions maybe it was a genetic disposition did it finally occur to them do an abdominal x-ray. My puppy kept getting sicker and dropping weight and even with an x-ray they needed to consult an outside vet because they couldn’t diagnose her. Luckily another location saw her and quickly diagnosed her abdominal obstruction by seeing her X-ray alone, not to mention her frail appearance and she couldn’t walk. She underwent emergency exploratory surgery. I was in tears that this other great location saw her last minute and saved her life. I’m happy she is now 2 years old and thriving. Please always gets a second opinion if you see no progress in the health of your fur baby!

I absolutely love taking my dog to the vet, the team there is so loving and caring for the pets that they service. My dog has anxiety issues and they take such good card of him each visit. I am so happy to have found Northwest Animal Hospital. Dr Nancy is amazing and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our pet. I highly recommend them.

We had recently moved to Owings Mills and were looking for a new vet for our 9 year old dog. We had nothing but the best experience! Very friendly staff, honest pricing and most importantly, I could see that they genuinely cared for the animals visiting the hospital. I highly recommend Dr.Crowl and Northwest Animal Hospital!

Growing up, my family used Northwest for our dogs. Now that I am well into adulthood, I continue to use them for my dogs even though they are a 30 minute drive so we have been using them for at least 20 years. They are amazing vets and I trust them 100% with my dogs. They have never tried to get us to do unnecessary things/tests when animals are sick and have been very honest about treatments and options towards the end of our dogs lives. While a couple other reviews state that they are not compassionate, I know this to be 1000% not true after what I have seen them go through to help my dogs. They may not be warm and fuzzy, but they are most definitely compassionate, trustworthy, honest and truly care about animals.

My grandparents and I have been taking our dogs here for years. Everyone is so caring, and gentle. they love all the animals.
