Everyone was very nice...but it's TRUE..they find charges and tests u don't even need ..do not trust them like I did n assume they must know better because I'm out alot of money before realizing it

The worst vet office and experience I've ever had. There was only one doctor and assistant, had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment time. During that wait I had to go looking for someone just for an update. Once in to have my elderly dog looked at the doctor barely spoke English and was impossible to understand. After he recommended over half a dozen tests he could run all I could think was $$$$ was on his mind when all I needed was some medicine for mites that are bothering my poor dog. This place was extremely unprofessional and unreasonable I will not recommend this clinic I would say run away!!!

They did an amazing job spaying our cat! Would recommend for any pet health needs, big or small. By far the best vets office I have been too In many years as a pet owner.

Finding an exotic vet in the evening can be nearly impossible, but these guys are heaven sent! We got there right at close and they stayed open over an hour to treat our injured guinea pig. Dr. Sobowale is delightful. Looking forward to going back.

I have had my female kitten seen and treated at Croyden pet hospital on 3 different Occasions, for The same problems. The cat was sneezing mucus and blood out of her nose. I spent over $800.00 on 3- separate Occasions. After spending $800.00 the doctor is telling me to take the cat to a Specialist He said that he feels the cat has allergies. I don't think so ! Don't ever take your animals here. You will be ripped off !!!

Brought my sick guinea pig after calling around to what seemed like ten different places that couldn't or wouldn't see her. Dr. Sobowale treated her and fixed our baby right up! These guys are awesome! Recommended to all my family and friends.

Dr. Sowobale is a caring individual who does a great job not only caring for the fur babies but also the fur baby parents! He does an amazing job answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease.

They were so slow . Vet was okay but I couldn't understand him very well. I was supposed to get 25 dollars of my first visit and they forgot. Now I have to wait to get it back.

We had to put our dog down on Memorial Day and could not find a vet that was open bc of the holiday. After calling multiple places, I called this vet - who I have no experience with. The vet tech kindly tells me “Well we were just closing but we don’t want her to suffer so you can bring her up”. When we got there I fully expected to be rushed through. I was surprised that the vet and tech took the time to explain what was going to happen. They allowed ample time for us to say our goodbyes and hold her. Very grateful for the care that we received during a very sad situation

After nearly 5 years of bringing my 2 dogs to the Croydon pet hospital in Glen Burnie, twice a year and being charged well over $1500 PER VISIT, some how one of my 2 dogs "had no documentation of a rabies vaccine." One of the most basic and most important vaccines for my dog, and they "had no record of it." This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. How is one dog up to date on her rabies and the other has NO RECORD of it??

The lasy at the front desk wouldn't help me put weigh my dog. Didnt go near him. The entire staff was scared of him. The doc kept adding blood test after blood test than skin test after skin test. They had me Muzzled my poor baby before they even walked through the door. The ohers vet we found read my baby boy n treated him great with no muzzel needed! They quoted me 4×less than what the bill was. N Gave me the run around bout getting his rx to take online where it was cheaper. N had to pay more for it. A sweet girl named Sydney was the only nice person.

They treat my Lilly wonderful, She loves everyone there.

Extremely upset. I have been going here for years. My dog has been fighting a bad ear infection, blindness, hip issues for years. It was time to put him down and we scheduled an appt. Myself, two children, and husband spent the weekend saying goodbye. With heavy hearts we go for our appt to wait 30 minutes for them to tell us they don't have enough medicine to do the job. How awful to have to plan this and say goodbye only to find out the planned event cannot happen. It is heartbreaking enough to have to do this, but to have to do it again, not right. After 11 years and two dogs they could not let me know this morning at least. So sad and angry. I will never go back again.

Been to a few far most best around me staff is Very courteous the doctor is outstanding and very caring best by far.But Damn wish he could bring the prices down we’re retired an even with a discount it’s a fortune when your income is very low from Social Security .

Be prepared when you go here - it’s like an auto mechanic shop. You go in for one thing and they’ll immediately start rattling off other things you “need” at lightening speed without explaining what it is and why it’s necessary so you can make decisions about your pet’s care. It comes off very salesly. Looking through the main other complaints here in reviews and this is a common occurrence. A vet should be committed to the health and care of the patient (pet) but also be transparent about what’s being done and the cost so the owner can decide whether it’s necessary or whether they would prefer to get it done elsewhere. Before you know it, the bill will be $300+. If you ask questions or ask the price, they’ll look at you like a negligent pet owner. Decent place but that is such a turn off. If you go here, tell them to slow down and ask questions because otherwise you could leave with a much higher bill than you expected.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!!! THEY ARE HURTING YOUR ANIMAL,,, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. IT'S SAD TO SAY, THEREFORE, I'VE INTRODUCED THIS PLACE TO MY PARENTS WHO ARE ON A FIXED INCOME, (THEY DON'T CARE) THEY MAKE STUFF UP THAT'S WRONG WITH OUR BABIES ( LIKE THIER TEETH) ... MY DAD TOOK HIS DOG, MY BROTHERS DOG & MY UNCLE WHO TOOK HIS DOG TO THEM,,, THEY ALL CAME HOME SCARED TO DEATH AND TWO OF THEM COULDN'T LAY DOWN OR SIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY AND STAYED IN A CORNER BECAUSE OF WHATEVER THEY GAVE THEM "AND" WHATEVER THEY DID TO THESE HELPLESS FAMILY FUR BABIES... PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR'S TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Dr. Sobowale is the best. Our pets loce ot when they see him. No one else will see our pets.

Love Croydon. I have been taking my pets there for years. They are a part of my family.

I have been coming to Dr. Sobowale for almost 12 years and to Croydon since it opened. In the meantime my pet family has grown from 1 to 3 dogs and they all come to Croydon. Dr. Sobowale and the staff take great care of my dogs and I fully trust his knowledge and that he acts in the best welfare of my dogs. I have never second guessed a diagnosis. Croydon treats my dogs better than my own doctor's office treats me. Sadly, one of my dogs had be put down a few months ago and the compassion and care that was shown by Croydon has earned them a customer for life.

Croydon has treated our three monsters with care and went out of their way when we needed them. They are a great veterinarian.
