Absolutely great experience! I knew my cat was cared for and watched over. Great value and great people! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I absolutely love this place for my fur baby. I have boarded her other places, but Kitty Castle is by far the best! She has her own space with windows to outside to watch the birds, and (weather permitting) she can venture outside on her own catio. I know she is well cared for and looked after here. I will never go anywhere else for my cat boarding needs!

We had a great experience boarding the cat at Kitty Castle! Dianne and her helpers really love the cats and do everything they can to keep them comfortable and cared for. Dianne listens to what special needs, if any, the cat owner mentions about the cat to be boarded. Dianne gave us updates to let us know that the cat was getting adjusted to its new surroundings. Very pleased with this boarding experience and recommend this kennel highly!

I want to apologize to Diane because it has taken me forever to write this review that I said that I would write 6 weeks ago! This was the first time I boarded Cali in the 4 or so years that I have had her. Petrified would not even come near to how I felt about leaving her for the week that I was going to be away. Diane understood my feeling and my neediness when I called to check on my baby cat (she's an adult but my baby!). She also sent a picture so that I could see that Cali was ok. I am so grateful that I have found Kitty Castle and someone as caring as Diane, so that next time I go out of town without Cali I can be confident that she will be well taken care of! Thank you, Diane, I appreciate all that you do!

Very clean and personable service for my cat and his stay.

At the end of August, I boarded my cat for the very first time. Since I had never boarded her before, I was extremely nervous at the prospect. However, as soon as I arrived at the Kitty Castle and got to talk to the owners, I felt extremely at ease. They were both so genuine and nice and you can really tell they care about animals and love what they do. They let me set up my cat’s area how I wanted and were more than happy to answer any and all questions I had about boarding. They went above and beyond to make sure my cat and I were both pleased, and even called to check in midweek. Funny thing is, my cat didn’t even seem like she wanted to come home afterwards because she enjoyed it so much! I would absolutely recommend the Kitty Castle to any and everyone looking for cat boarding. I’m so happy and thankful to have found a place that cares about cats like I do and will be bringing my cat back again!

Kitty Castle is great. Everything from booking to pick up went seamlessly. Dianne the owner was so sweet and personable. The facility itself is really nice and well run. The kennels are roomy and clean and the location is great. I will definitely use them again for taking care of my kiddos.

We have used Kitty Castle for our cats for 15 years. They run an excellent,clean,calm kennels for cats ONLY.

I have been using Kitty Castle for the past 6+ years. I am 1,000% satisfied with their services. The enclosure for the the cats is very spacious and the staff there always keep it clean. Surprisingly, not once have I smelled any “cat smells” LOL!!!! Mrs. Sue is AMAZING!!! She is easily one of the most friendly people I have ever crossed paths with. This business is very professional and they go above and beyond in making sure our fur babies are well taken care of. I would not even dream of taking my cats anywhere else. I completely trust them and they have consistently proved that they are easily a 5 star boarding facility. Please give them a try!!! You will not regret it! Great people & nice clean facility where you know that your fur babies will be taken care of.

I love the way it looks there. We have an appointment for our 2 cats to stay with them in October. Im sure my cats will love being able to go outside in the grass area.

The staff makes you and your cat feel like a part of their family. They are very attentive and have a lot of knowledge. My boy loved it there and I felt great leaving him in the hands of such loving ppl. Already have him booked again. I will use kitty castle every time I have a trip. Thank you to the loving staff.

Sue and her team make for the best place to leave my furry baby while I’m traveling. I’ve tried many other boarding facilities and my cat would always leave very stressed and was traumatized. Every time I pick her up she is good to go, listening to classical music and sitting in a sunny window with her blanket. Each cat has their own individualized area with vertical space in a window. Much more generous room to spread out than any other facility I have seen. I bring my cat to Kitty Castle to stay when we are out of town on vacation. My cat is a house cat and she gets to see other cats nearby. She gets a vacation as well. Susan is the best and the price is right. I wish I had heard about this place years go.

I was so happy to find a place to board my cat and know that she was well looked after. She loves to have access to the outdoors and the private run is a wonderful bonus. Lastly, Cleo never comes home stressed out so I know she's had a good experience.

Can’t recomend this place enough. The owner is so great and truly cares about each animal there. I feel very comfortable leaving my kitty there even for a whole week. They go above and beyond for the cats!

Kitty Castle took excellent care of my 2 ragdoll cats during a 10-day vacation. The kitty condos are very nice. My cats were very well-cared for. I would definitely recommend this facility for cat boarding!

When we had our Jingles she loved the place... She was a moody fur baby but the ladies who worked there were gentle and efficient

This is the best place ever. We have been taking brining our cat to board here since we got her 3 years ago. It’s large and clean. The staff has great personalities and Susan is the best.

We brought our 15-year-old cat here when we had out of town guests who are allergic to cats for the Christmas holidays. I was impressed with the warm loving care that each cat appeared to get. The pens were clean large and if good weather had access to an outdoor area. I had to laugh when we went to pick up our cat that she was listening to classical music!

They were really flexible in finding a place for my cat. We were very last minute to planning my cats boarding! They were very nice and careful about handling my cat.

Bring your cats here! This was our first time boarding our cats. After doing some research around the Baltimore area I decided to give Kitty Castle a call. We were most excited about the facility being kitty-only, not that we don't love dogs, but we are a cat-only house and felt the barking dogs might add more stress to them already having to be boarded. I left a voicemail that was returned same day (they have very specific business hours - see their site.) After the conversation, I was sure this was the place to go. Incredibly friendly staff who all love cats and do this simply because they enjoy the work. They ask important questions that made us feel like they care about our babies as much as we do! They take care to feed them per your preferences - even treats, and of course any meds. They take your vet info down, but also have an Emergency Vet they work with near by. It wasn't too long of a drive from Baltimore. Don't let the distance discourage you. Their property is gorgeous! Serene! Very well maintained. The kitty "condos" are big enough for two-three adults to fit in. They have ledges to jump on, windows to look out, shelves to sit on or under, and an optional outdoor area (private to each condo) that they will allow the cats to be out depending on weather, also at your discretion. They encourage you to bring any beds, blankets or toys from home. Oh also! If you have more than one cat (we have two) they can share a condo. I'm not sure if there is a max on how many cats can be in one condo, but you can't beat the price especially for what is offered. I could go on and on. I wanted to be sure and write a review. This is the place, I promise. You will feel comfortable leaving them there and will have nothing to worry about however long you are away. Even the other kitties who were already boarded there were happy and friendly. Ours were in good spirits when we arrived to pick them up (minus seeing the cat carrier because that is always a battle). You won't regret it. Thank you Kitty Castle!!

Absolutely the best place to board a cat. Each cat has a large indoor run which connects to a large private outdoor area. And Sue and her husband heap the love on each cat! My cat doesn't want to come home...

Wonderful place to take your kitty. When we go away we know our cat will be safe and well taken care of.
