I adopted my beautiful puppy from there in 2003. She became part of my family for 17 1/2 years until she had to be put to sleep last March. They definitely placed her in my forever home! We were her 4th owner at 3 months. I was blessed to have her soul with us for so long.

Adopted a dog here 2 years ago and had a great experience! Staff was super nice and really cared about the animals. I always recommend them to anyone looking to adopt.

Staff is always friendly. Great place for volunteering. And the vet staff are a pleasure to work with.

We just adopted a dog from here. Filled out the application online and scheduled an appointment to come look at dogs . They helped me pick a dog that would fit my family’s needs. We were able to score some excellent items from the bargain bins as well. Overall process was easy and even got sent home with a small amount of Diamond’s food for her transition into a home . **Update** We had to rerun the Dog due to her high aggression towards our cat. I live in an apartment not a house so it was impossible to do a two week isolation between the two. The employees seemed mad that we didn’t stick it out two full weeks but I have a toddler in the home . Only had the dog about 5 days . We hope she finds a home without a cat . And for anyone curious .. no you don’t get the adoption fee money back.

I am very grateful to the Baltimore humane society for assisting in my time of need; will definitely complete the circle when I’m on the other end.

It's really clean, however, I filled out an application to surrender a cat that was not adoptable and they told me they couldn't take her after driving all that way.

This really cares about the animals in their care and the families they go to.

Poor customer service all around. Came to get a dog and fell in love with one but they did everything in their power to make it the most complicated and stressfull journey possible. It seems as if no one in the office works together there. Also the trainer decided to Harrassed not me but my girlfriend demanding he come over and train our new dog once we got him. Long story short dont go here.

Easy to get to. Buildings are clearly marked. Decent parking. I had my kitten spayed and had no issues, easy drop off and easy pick-up.

Very easy experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend. If you need low cost spay this is the place to go

The residents of Baltimore County should be proud to have this wonderful humane society in and helping the pets we all love and cherish so much. When you have a pet die they are very helpful with handling your pet and consoling the humans. I've had great service.

I've brought two of my pets here for services of vaccinations and spay these guys are awesome they're really kind and caring to the animals I recommend any and everyone to the Baltimore humane society

We love our Bella-Rose. Thank you for loving her and keeping her safe, healthy and happy until God brought us together. She’s a sweet-natured, beautiful, girl. She’s very playful, which we didn’t anticipate. Lol. She runs around the house, jumping and making us laugh. Hahaha. She a lap-cat ????‍⬛. So affectionate. Loves to snuggle. The best companion. She snuggles right in, for a good nights sleep. She’s the best. She’s our gift from God. Please support this shelter and all shelters. Let’s give these sweet creatures a home. They are always really nice and helpful

We got our kitties from here! The staff made the adoption process seamless and smooth. The facility is well cared for as are the animals. Go for a walk while you are there, the animal graveyard is a peaceful walk. I personally loved reading the animals names that have been laid to rest there.

We were greeted right away. They even held the door and walked us through the easy sign in. We were guided to the area that we were interested in. Someone one checked on us and showed us the kitten pair we were looking at. They had an easy and yet thorough application process. It prides me in them being serious finding these beautiful animals a fit home. I can't wait to hear back about the twins we applied for. If we ever need to extend the family again. We will be going back here.

I adopted a cat from the Humane society over the course of the last two weeks. Very easy, thorough process on their part. I now have a beautiful cat who they nursed the ear infection out of. Would definitely recommend.

I am now responsible for three cats. I received so much help from them.

Clean and staff very knowledgeable about the dogs that are in their care. My Grandaughter is feeling an empty nest syndrome since her older sisters are in college , and finds herself alone. She is only 9, but knows the responsibility of caring for an animal. The staff there helped in guiding her to find the specific breed she was looking for. Thankypu for educating her.
