Every contact I have had with RBAH has been so kind and professional - from the first phone call to the final meeting to discuss the appointment. I felt confident with the diagnosis and treatment protocols and would take my dog there any time ! During Covid waiting in the car was no problem ! In fact , it’s a great way to keep our pets separate and safe while we wait. Good job ????

Rehoboth Animal Hospital puts the well-being of their furry patients above all else. All through Covid, while parents couldn’t accompany their pet, the staff came out to speak with us. At the end of the visit Jake’s vet came to the car to explain what was done, make recommendations, etc. Very professional staff.

Compassionate and caring - they are truly focused on pet-centered care making the family member feel tremendously at ease. They work with no matter what - like family!!!

I moved to Delaware from Maryland in 2018 and chose Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital because of the great reviews. The offices are spotless, the staff has always been polite and professional and they truly care about my Angel. There may be some Vets that are less expensive...not really sure...but Rehoboth uses high grade hospital equipment and hires top notch Vets and Assistants, so that's well worth it for my Angel.

Vet and assistant we’re kind, compassionate, and caring. They explained everything clearly about my dogs health issue. Always get such wonderful care and treatment here. Trust them completely.

So thankful for the honest communication as well as the compassion and friendliness. The staff called to make we aware that there were 2 emergencies as well as an euthanasia occurring if I could be patient for the delay. I greatly appreciated the information. That’s all it takes people. Be honest, let the client know what is going on and they will have no issues with waiting. Dr. Jess Martini came out to us in the car and chatted with us answering all of our questions while we waited! How nice was that! So thank you everyone!

When I called regarding my dogs health issue, they took me seriously and got us in right away. Dr. Kahn and support staff correctly tested, diagnosed and treated him right away. As a result he seems to be improving and more like himself each day as he takes his meds and I follow their advice.

We live in Tennessee and our greyhound ( Champ ) who has osteosarcoma. He went down 3 times and we call the Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital. They asked us to bring him in right away. The staff was friendly and helpful and worked Champ into the schedule. He was treated professionally and with love and kindness. Knowing how concerned we had become. The kindness and understanding they showed us during this very emotional visit allowed us to enjoy our stay her. Thank you to the entire staff. I would recommend this veterinarian hospital to anyone. I would definitely use this hospital for all three of my Greyhounds.

Our 12 year old Havanese was exhibiting some unusual (for her) behaviors—excessive thirst and urinary accidents and incontinence. We called the vet and explained to the receptionist what was happening. She put us on hold in order to speak with the vet. When she came back to the phone we were given an appointment 2 days later but also told us a vet tech would call us that afternoon. Sure enough we did receive that call, answered her questions and was told to make sure our girl had as much water as she wanted to prevent dehydration. The day of the appointment I was allowed to accompany our girl into the exam room. There, Amy, the vet tech, explained what would probably happen. The vet, Dr. Kon, examined our girl and explained what tests he thought should be done. I agreed with all the tests and Amy gave me a run down of probable costs. I thought that was very thoughtful. The tests included blood work with labs done at the office, urinalysis, and ultrasound. Bottom line was that all tests came back normal. He actually pronounced our girl healthy for a 12 year old. However the ageing process does come with some new normals just as it does in humans. We are always grateful for the unlimited time and compassionate care given to us and our girl.

Our puppy Tucker was spayed at Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital. From start to finish every question and concern was handled with loving care. We’ve been with them for a long time - couldn’t imagine starting this new journey with our puppy in anyone’s care but the great docs and techs at Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital.

Friendly staff when handling my Vinny. He always gets nervous when we go to the doctors but when the technician, Evan, came to the car and picked him , he was at ease. Evan was great!

I have been going to Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital since I moved here almost 2 years ago. I find the doctors very professional and knowledgable and the staff, friendly and accommodating as much as they can. All the animal hospitals in the area are so inundated with the amount of people and their animals moving to this area. That being said, there have been instances where I had to wait a week before being seen for somewhat of emergencies but they try their best.

Every single employee doted on both of our kitties, calming them while taking care of business.

Great experience! Easy drop off process. Everyone was professional. Vet called within 30 minutes to explain the diagnosis. Her explanation was clear and concise.The cost of the treatment was explained and I had an estimate of what the cost would be. Everyone should follow this practice. Again, great experience for me and for Willy.

My husband and I have been going to RBAH for over 20 years! Both the original location and the new location are beyond incredible! Recently the Vet we have seen with all 3 of our dogs has been Dr. Prettyman! We can’t say enough good things about her, all the vet techs and the front office staff. They make you feel like family and one occasion they have handled an emergency with an amazing outcome.
