We had to put our dog down on New Years Eve. The staff was extremely supportive and kind. While it was difficult putting her to sleep, Dr. Larsson and everyone else there made it as easy and comforting as was possible.

Great experience today with our two cats. Fast service and super nice people.

My family has been going to Jacksonville Vet for over 40 years. The most important thing to me is that the put our pets first. If they are sick they do their best to get them in to be seen as soon as possible.

This hospital is clean and friendly all around. I personally have experience with Dr. Britta Larsson and can not say enough good things. She truly cares about your animal and values your life with them. I have told her before, I wish I had found her sooner! I wouldn’t use anyone else personally, and this is coming from someone whose life is their animals in every aspect.

When we visited the practice yesterday for our dog's yearly physical we found that it was still wonderful...nothing had changed. Everyone greeted us and our dog with enthusiasm.....the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the care our dog received was excellent!

I can't thank enough the team at Jacksonville Vet! The office staff, technicians, and veterinarians (notably Dr. Lynch, Dr. Burk, and Dr. Thai) took such good care of our sweet cat Stella! She is now five weeks post-surgery. She is living her best life despite a very challenging cancer diagnosis and surgery. Thank you for all the communication and reassurance! You are the best :)

A great vet with great staff

This place is amazing. Staff is super friendly, and professional. Unfortunately my rabbit has since passed but the vet always seemed to love him and took such great care of him. They always made time for me whenever he did something questionable that made me worry. The pricing was so affordable even for his last minute appointments.

As always, my dog and I received great care at Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Gough did a wonderful job and followed up with a phone call. I am glad to have a long-standing relationship with JVH!

Our cats have always received excellent care at Jacksonville. We also use their boarding services and love the attention each animal gets from staff while boarding.

I love this vet! We have always had a wonderful experience in dealing with the staff and they are so good with our dog. Special kudos to Dr. Gough who surpasses all expectations. He is just wonderful. There are no other words. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to feel that their fury friend is in the possible hands.

I find the staff at Jacksonville Animal Hospital very trustworthy and competent. They show good communication in that they listen as well as talk in order to come to best fit for my animals' care.

Very caring, prices are on par with other vets and not overcharging on services.
