Dr.Etter is the best. He has been around for a long g time. If you want your pet to get Too Care. He is the Man.

The staff is always friendly and clearly care about the animals. Everyone clearly loves what they do and care a lot for the animals.

We have taken our cats here for several years and this Vet are all around great in every way. The Vet has taken the time to get to know our kitties and know exactly what treatment they need. Very responsive, communication is excellent and they are reasonably priced for their services. Most importantly, they are keeping our extended family healthy. Thank you!

Completely unprofessional. I mistakingly called this office to see if they could see my reptile when the representative only said "we don't see those here". I was confused because I had thought I had been there before but when I asked if they could please check my name in the system just in case, I was told in the most condescending tone "NO WE DONT SEE THOSE" and then was immediately hung up on in the middle of my sentence. What?! The least they could have done was be polite about my mistake. Seriously. If that's how they treat people I can't imagine how they treat animals in their care.

Both Doc Etter’s and the entire office have been terrific with our Dog. We adopted a rescue who became very ill soon after we got her. The Pasadena Animal Hospital took great care of her as if she was one of their own. Our now healthy Penny looks forward to her checkups at the Vet!

My family has been going to Pasadena Animal Hospital for decades. Both Dr. Etters are knowledgeable, kind, and have an excellent sense of humor and even better temperament for dealing with humans and their pets. I recently had to bring my dog for a surgical procedure and I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful for the way Dr. Sean and the staff approached the issue and kept me fully informed about the process.

Since adopting our dog last spring, we don’t know what we would do without Dr. Sean and Dr. Robert Etter and their amazing team. The practice has been caring, friendly, professional, and thorough each time we have visited. Our dog quickly came to love Jessica, one of the veterinary technicians – always wagging her tail and ready to go running to her – and we developed just as much as an attachment, seeing her concern and affection towards our pet. The front desk knows our dog as soon as we say who is calling, and they have been wonderful when we call for concerns or appointments. Though we have not been physically inside the building due to COVID precautions, both Dr. Sean and Dr. Robert Etter have spent ample time on the phone with us to discuss any concerns while we wait in our car. The range of services that they offer, including an in-house lab and pharmacy have made the experience seamless. We are SO appreciative of the care that Pasadena Animal Hospital has provided to our pet, and we plan to be patients for a long time!

My family has been taking out dogs here for easily 25 years. The care provided by Dr Bob, Dr Sean and their team is unparalleled. I grew up in Maryland, but my husband and I live out of state now, and still use them for the care of our dogs - there is no one we trust or respect more in the care of our girls. I can not post a review though without commenting on Lisa. She has been with them for at least as long as we have, and they (and us!) could not be more lucky to have such a compassionate person at their front desk. I could not recommend them more highly.

Called looking to set up an appointment for my dog who stepped on a thorn and now the paw is swollen, hot and she won’t step on it, and got immediately cut off on the phone by a rude receptionist, stating they don’t take new patients and haven’t taken any in 35 years, I responded that makes no sense. We just moved to MD from WI and I will keep looking for a vet who actually gives a damn

Pasadena animal hospital was our vet for years. I was always very happy with the service till his son took over. They were cold hearted to my elderly mom that has cats. Instead of taking the time to talk with her he jus turned his back and refused to see her pets after 20+years of being a loyal customer. Lisa, the receptionist...hung up on us!!!!! They are not what they use to be!!!! Highly not recommended!!!!! A good vet would have taken time to talk to a long time loyal customer. Please reconsider going here. They will turn there back on you in a heartbeat!!!! Happy tails is much better.

Where to begin!? The Dr's and staff are AMAZ-ING. The cutest father and son duo you will ever meet <3. They truly want to help and CARE. THAT is so hard to come by in this area. I don't go anywhere else. I can't thank them all enough for all they have done for me and my fur babies.

The Vets and assistants here are very knowledgeable and caring. They diagnose and treat Cats and Dogs as well as smaller animals from Rabbits to Parakeets too.

Riley Sanders absolutely loves the care and attention he gets when he visits. So does his mommy!

I have seen Dr. Sean Etter for my dogs healthcare needs. He has been very helpful in diagnosing him. He doesn’t force healthcare plans on you and prices are reasonable. He does have to get sometimes specialists to come in and due the tests but other than that he does a great job with evals.

My family and I have been taking all our furrbabies to Dr. Etter since I was a little girl which is around 35 years now. I started taking all my furrbabies here when I got older. I got married and my husband now takes all our furrbabies here. He loves everyone there also. We've gone there for happy times and for sad times, but no matter what the visit is for they are always so caring and compassionate. The only thing that would make me take one if my furrbabies somewhere else is if I moved out of state. Bravo Dr. Etter and team you guys are defiantly GOLD STANDARD in my family and my eyes. Keep up the great services.
