Petco Parkville, Maryland

Petco is convenient, especially when Chewy forgets to mention that they're out of stock on my pugs' food. I rarely take my dogs with me because one is a loud, obnoxious monster in public and the other one is scared of the car. Oh well. I get in and out of there a lot faster that way.

The young lady I spoke with about Dasuquin was great. She pulled me bag and took it to the register. When I got there about 20 minutes after my call, it was at the register for me Great customer service

This store is always clean and the employees are very helpful. Ps. Attn: Cat Lovers - They have bulk litter with discounted refills.

Needs the small cans of Purina pro plan.we have a small dog that only eats a can a day.

The staff are so helpful! I wasn't sure which food I bought last time. My cat is very old, and the last product I bought was gentle on her digestion. The clerk looked up my last order to help me.

I love this Petco every visit has been great except today MARVIN at the register made me feel so uncomfortable I honestly will never visit this store again.

Didn't have the grooming clippers that were advertised but the staff is always polite and helpful. She was patient with me as I pondered my purchase.

I like Petco. They are committed to selling foods with no additives. I get the dog groomed there regularly. Usually great customer service! They have a good rewards system.

I went in to get supplies for my new Foster kittens, and they did not disappoint me. The workers who work here are fast and helpful and know their products very well. I was ecstatic to find exactly what I needed when I needed it. I do wish there were some lower priced options here for things, but it's really not the stores fault pet products are extremely expensive in general so it's oftentimes easier to make stuff on your own like cat trees and things of that nature but this place is a good place to get what you need when you need it and I have to give the employees here all of the props in the world they're doing a great job in spite of an awful pandemic and are very happy and helpful every time you go in.

I'm so grateful there is a pet store close to my home in the City. I'm sick of going to Towson for everything I need. I know you're technically in the County but I'm thankful you are close by.

It's a pet store that sells pet and pet needs....can't get better then that! Oh. And they have a rewards option too!!!

Witnessed the manager harassing a young female customer, for no reason other than he seemed to be enjoying "the power". Highly discouraging, disappointing, and disrespectful show for Martin to put on inside the store infront of customers. That poor girl. Im willing to bet she won't be returning, just like I won't be myself after what i saw.

Management is excessively rude and lazy. Came in to pick up item i purchased online. Had receipt and confirmation number. Item was $3. Martin the manager, refused to help, told his employees not to help. Called security on me and try to deny me picking up my $3 item that was paid for and that i had proof of being paid, and was directed to go pick up be petco online/email. Martin was extremely rude and unhelpful. Over $3 and a receipt for pickup. He wasted a ton of my time, securities time, and embarrassed himself and the entire store front of all the customers there. He definitely lost business and customers over having a ego power trip for $3. Keep in mind ive done this same exact order and pickup without fail numerous times. I will not be spending money with and supporting this shop anymore. This was highly embarrassing and definitely uncalled for.

lately petco don't have a dam thing in store, ark a question it's either they don't know or no response, but what they have is expensive, loosing interest in the hobby!!!

Second time I've shopped there and both times items on the shelves are marked lower than what they ring up for you at the counter. Cashier said he couldn't do anything about it. Save ur money and shop online
