You guys are the best! I was not expecting to come inside after the last 2 pandemic years, so I was a little surprised to be bringing both of my nervous, scared rescues in together, but the staff was kind, resourceful, and forgiving of the growls. We love Elk Creek!

What a wonderful bunch of folks, even in the midst of all this Covid mess. The three vets and entire staff continue to give the kindest, most comprehensive care. They never rush and offer such well rounded advice and treatment. It may be a business, but they make one feel like part of the family!y Nothing could be better short of a magic wand for COVID. You are all so caring and patient and wonderful. Appreciate the follow up call on day 2 to check on Tilly. Her incisions appear to be healing beautifully. Thank you SO much!

Very friendly staff. Place was clean. Love that they have evening hours and let you go into exam room with your furry friend. Called as new patient and they were able to schedule me for next evening.

On my first visit I had good vibes about everything. I took my scottish terrier in to see Dr. Justin after having a bad experience with two other veterinarians. Dr. Justin and his staff were very kind and very helpful. Dr. Justin made me and my dog very comfortable. He spent nearly 45 minutes with me answering my questions and listing to me while making sure I understood everything. I would give Dr. Justin and his staff 20 stars if I could.

They are affordable, polite, and professional. I brought both of my dogs in on the same day, and they made treatment and evaluation for both of them easy. I would recommend to any pet owners!

Two cats were both misdiagnosed. One passed away and the other needs a dental specialist. I would not recommend bringing your pet to this place.

Love everything about Elk Creek. Took Mr. Chip for his annual. Everything was great! Mr. Chip made some new friends and had a good experience. I highly recommend.

Dr. Justin came out to our house on short notice to put our dog to sleep. They were very accommodating and pleasant.

Love your vets and staff. We had to keep tracking down Justin when he left Applebrook. So glad he started up Elk Creek. Fresh roasted coffee served in the parking lot while waiting would be great :-) Just kidding, you guys are great!

Dr. Justin and company are the best! We know that if we call with a need or health concern, we will get a quick response and appropriate attention. All of the assistants and techs are knowledgeable and compassionate. We wouldn’t go to any vet who wasn’t loving and kind to every pet, and we have never witnessed anything but that at Elk Creek. Let’s not forget competence! They make sure they do the very best to ensure the wellness of our pet, make sure he’s never suffering, and keeps us up to date on exams and vaccinations. In this age of Covid safety concerns, they have a park and phone-in system that allows the pet-parent to have the pet taken in by an attendant and then returned when services are complete. It is smooth, easy, and, honestly, it kind of spoils us. We are truly blessed to have Elk Creek in our lives.

The whole staff at Elk Creek is so wonderful! They are passionate about helping animals, have fair prices and have taken the best care of my dogs and cat. So thankful to have my animals in their care! Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Justin, the other doctors, and everyone else exceptional, calm and caring, immediately putting my pets and me at ease. I had found them years ago for my prior pets.

Most caring and compassionate pet care staff I have encountered in many years. They made a very difficult situation much easier to get through. Pricing is very reasonable also.

The staff at Elk Creek are really amazing. We recently had to take our 21 year old cat Ferdinand there because his time was coming, and it was, and the staff couldn't have been more professional and empathetic knowing the best decision to make for Ferdinand. It was a tough process to go through, but it went smoothly and the staff were so kind and caring. About a week later we got a card signed from all the staff wishing us well and offering condolences. That, to me, was above and beyond what they already did for us. Highly recommend a vet that truly understands our relationships with our pets.

I would 100% recommend to Elk Creek. All of the veterinarian's(especially Justin) are knowledgeable and an animal person which is important to me. They truly do care about your pet.

Dr. Kristie Olsen is the epitome of caring and compassion for a veterinarian. After opting for several much closer practices and experiencing less than desirable results, I am very fortunate to re-connect with Dr. Olsen and have no reservations about making the 45-minute commute to see her and her staff.

Showed up for our appt for our dog. We don't even have to go inside, someone comes out and gets the dog and brought him back in 5 minutes. Everything was perfect

Everyone was very nice. Very thorough.

Efficient, friendly pet care. The only part I am not currently in favor of, is that they still have curbside service. I wish I could go in with my pet.

They are amazing with my pup. He actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot.
