Always had very good experiences there

Doctor answers phone at practice with rude tone and manner, does not have respect for those calling in. Hangs up mid conversation and does not provide any help. She may be nice to her clients in person but over the phone is nasty the way she speaks to people. Would not recommend.

The doctor is just fabulous and so will her helpers she knows her stuff even when other veterinarians misdiagnosed or cat

I cannot express how hospitable and knowledgeable every staff member at this clinic was. My appointment was swift and the staff were very gentle with my young kitten. Not only did they make me feel at home, they provided me with so much insight on how to properly care for my kitten. I highly recommend this clinic, you will love everything about it!

Dr Seagal is one of the best vets I've ever been to. I feel she didn't hold back with her diagnosis and observations. She has contradicted other vets diagnoses and backed it up information and further testing which I appreciate.

Dr. Siegel is phenomenal. She is very particular, and extremely conscientious. For more than 14 years, she cared for our family cat, Rex -- vet services, boarding, etc. Is she totally nuts about cats? Yes! Is that what you want in your cat vet? Yes! Would highly highly recommend Dr. Siegel to any cat owner. <3

Dr Segel was very rude and condescending toward me. She repeated herself over and over again. . Cast judgements on things she knew nothing about and took a long time to get the pet better. I think she gets an idea about something and isn't able to explore other possibilities. Wouldn't ever go to this Vet.

Have a cat? No better place. Dr. Siegel loves your cat like it's her own. Staff is incredible.

Great place they always take care of my boy

Dr. Siegel is compassionate and truly cares about her patients. So does her staff. They are compassionate also and professional. Dr. Siegel manages a lot of patients and her time is usually booked up, but she will at least try to get your pet in if she thinks it could be a critical situation. I trust her judgement because she is not afraid to say, "this is the limit of my knowledge and I want to send you to a specialist" I appreciate that. Sometimes you will find her super busy or stressed about her own health issues, and communication with Dr. could be challenging, but don't take it personally! She tries her best and we all have days when we suffer from emotional fatigue. I let it go because she has always delivered with our cats! Affordable prices. Client for 10 years, 5 cats.

Insisted my cat needed an endoscopy. No, he just needed a competent vet. When she became verbally abusive, that was the end. But she couldn't leave it at that. She had to write a nasty letter as a follow up. Never looked back. Sure, there are lots of glowing reviews. Just don't challenge her. By the way that cat, the one who "had to" have an endoscopy? He lived to be 16. Like 13 years after that visit. Don't you people mind her constant complaining and spending more time obsessing about her own health issues?

Dr speigel os a GEM.... THANK GOD i found her . my kitten zoey has had the best carr. Dr s knows her stuff. She is also very informative about other resources and she shares. If u have a kitten or cat take them to MCH. You will not be disappointed. Blessing to the cat angel dr speigel.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Siegel! I have been taking my Zizia to her since 2010. She has been the ONLY veterinarian that diagnosed my cat's skin problem correctly. Dr. S also prescribed a fantastic diet along with regular check-ups and if need be, injections (haven't needed them in a while!) that have worked great for him. Dr. Segal is kind, reassuring and so brilliant. Her love and compassion shine each time we visit her. The whole team is caring, understanding, and extremely knowledgable as well. Darlene is a trip and I love being greeted with such a great personality. Top notch vet! The best in MD, in my humble opinion :)
