Love them! Started using them because the pet store where I bought my puppy used them. They allowed people to come in with their pets during covid, I really appreciated that. That staff is patient sweet and helpful.

I have been taking my dog hear for years. Dr. Winwood and Dr. Spencer have always been there for my dog when he needed to come in right away. They always keep cost in mind when treating. Will always recommend them and their staff they are all great.

The staff and veterinarians here are absolutely amazing. My dog had a traumatic experience at VCA, and after a few visits here, she was no longer fearful the moment the vet stepped in the room and actually ran up to them to say hello! We've seen each vet here, and they all take the time to fully understand my dogs needs as an individual, instead of just pushing us through with a standard approach. They were always very patient and intent on making sure she had a positive experience to slowly adjust her association of the vets as people she could trust. When discussing any issues or treatments, both vets and staff were communicative and always willing to help. Their rates are also very affordable, to the point that I never worried if something came up and we needed to come in because I knew the price would be reasonable. We're sad that we have to move away because of how wonderful of an experience we had at White Clay Creek, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet.

Called to make an appointment to have my dog examined. Put me on hold for over 5 minutes and never came back.

Dr. Spencer is wonderful but avoid Dr. Winward as she lacks compassion, knowledge, and basic clinical skills.

Staff is friendly, they found the problem really fast, and helped with the solution.

This Vet takes excellent care of my two cats. If you can be flexible with your time they typically are able to see immediately for what you make think is an emergency.

I really loved my taking my pet here because the doctors and staff really care about your animals. The most frustrating thing though is being able to schedule an appointment/getting a callback. Every time I try to make an appointment, I either get put on hold or the phone line is somehow disconnected.

Have taken all my pups there for 20+ years. Drs Spencer and Winwood have taken excellent care of all my furry children.

There was nothing but care and compassion during the 9.5 years in the life of our beloved German Shepherd whenever we went into the office. The kindness and support provided during his last 6 months, by Dr. Winwood and staff, culminated in his peaceful passing in a loving environment. We are very greatful.
