We love love love Playtime. We have 3 dogs. One of them is very timid with other dogs. She was turned away from one of the big dog daycare/boarding chains because she "wasn't having enough fun" (she laid in the corner and kept to herself in the playroom). From the first phone call with Playtime, I could tell this place was different. The owner/manager took a good amount of time getting all the details about our dogs and explaining everything thoroughly. I had never felt so comfortable with the idea of someone else caring for my dogs. When we brought the dogs in for a temperament test, they let us know that our shy dog was a bit nervous, but it's nothing they couldn't handle. They actually made the effort to give her attention and try to get her to play and to be more comfortable. The service was incredibly individualized, which we truly needed. I can't say enough good things. Our dogs were happy and well taken care of while we were away. We love checking the FB page to see if there are any pics of our dogs. We've been back for daycare but please please please bring back overnight boarding. This place was a godsend!

This place is great. My pup really doesn't like being taken from her family to go for her bath, but they are so sweet with her. They do a great job with her bath, along with nail trim, and keeping her floppy ears clean. My family also utilizes their daycare option from time to time, and the dog's love it. The people here know dogs, and take every precaution to make sure your pup stays safe. Costs for baths range, depending on breed and need, but they're definitely competitive.

My mom takes her dog there all the time when she comes to visit and he loves it. They treat him great and we highly recommend

my fwmale is a docile sweetie -- however, my male -- well -- one groomer (at another location asked that I never bring him back and other places have had taken forever to do him -- probably because he is such a baby). Anyway, the staff here does not seem to have any problems, he always comes back looking like a proper gentleman--minus 3 pounds of fur! thak you and god bless, hope we can all get back to seeing each other again, stay safe and healthy!!

Fantastic as always:-) I have lived in 9 states due to Military service. There are perhaps 3 places I trust with my dogs. PLAY TIME IS IN THAT 3!

Professional, friendly staff. Very efficient, our dog doesn't have to wait long for grooming and can pick up as soon as he's done. The right combination of caring and skill.

Nice place for My fur baby

This place is fantastic from the staff to the facility. I bring my dog here every other day. The prices are not bad. They offer boarding and also grooming. The owner allowed me to look at the way the facility is ran and also offer discounts to regulars. They truly do love and care for your animals like they are their own.

Lots of dogs. No cats. They eat dog food. Sometimes the dogs hump people's legs, some people let them finish, freaks.....

After relocating to DE almost two years ago, I needed to secure a doggie daycare facility for my pupson. The box stores that lacked personality, creativity, and adequate supervision would not cut it. Fast forward to Playtime Doggie Daycare. From the very beginning, the owner exhibited business savvy and a sense of care towards not only my dog, but the many other dogs under her care. She took time to get to know me, my dog’s history, and developed a plan of action where my dog would be successful at “Dog School!” The grooming team is excellent and overnight boarding is an added bonus, too. Here’s how you can tell your dog will be well cared for at a doggie daycare - everyone from the owner to the staff are genuinely invested in you, your dog, the overall safety of everyone under their care. Sure...you could go to other places and be partially satisfied or you can save yourself the trouble and get your dog in at the premier doggie daycare facility in our area. Thanks Team Playtime for taking care of Apollo!!! He loves being a member of the pack, being groomed, staying the night, and his playtime with his caretakers!!!

My 10 year old American pit has never been professionally bathed and nails trimmed since we did it. This place treated Champ and us with care and professionalism. I plan on using them for our other dog and continue in the future.

Absolutely love how everyone treats my dog when they have him. He loves it there and it shows. I wouldnt take him anywhere else for boarding, baths or daycare.

We have only used them for grooming but they do an awesome job on our 3 dogs. We inquired about boarding for recent trip, they went over in detail what they offer. We would have put our dogs here if family member had not offered to watch our dogs. Always friendly and helpful staff.

Playtime Doggie Daycare is wonderful, the staff is very cheerful. The prices are affordable. Been going for about 2 weeks and my dog loves to go. The ladies that run the place love dogs and you can tell. It's great for boarding or daycare. The dogs here are always entertained and looked after.

We went on vacation and boarded our 5 dogs with them 6-10-18 to 6-17-18. We would not board our pets with anyone else. They have always been exceptional with our pets. Our 2 rottweilers are groomed here and the ladies really take great care of them. One of our dogs isn't well and they made sure that they kept us informed of any issues.

Only place I board my girls. This has been their go to spot for a few years now. They love it!

We desperately needed a nail trim for our pup who cries loudly through it all. They had no problem with her!

We take our dog here to get groomed and she always comes back and is tired from playing with the other dogs. A great place!
