Great place to spendtime with your love ones

Went there to purchase some fish. Spoke with Tabby who refused to help saying they don’t sell animals 30 minutes prior to the store closing. Mind you, this is a PET store we are talking about, it was 4:20 in the evening and they don’t close until 6. The rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Told me to go to a different store because she was busy having a water break. Are you kidding me.

Hours need to be updated, google says 6 and they close at 5pm on Sunday

All sorts of assorted products for all your best friend (pets) needs, as well as animals for sale. Associates were friendly and quickly handled my order.

I called and asked about a specific product and was told that there were plenty in stock. I drove 45 minutes to get to the store just to discover " We haven't had those in weeks ". I was extremely disappointed. I won't return to any Petco.

We had our two dogs there for grooming. The Ladies there did an excellent job of bathing, washing and grooming our dogs. They showed compassion for their craft. Thank you Ladies. Our dogs, a Great Dane and a Goldendoodle.

Stock complete and different items for our pets

Some staff members have way better customer service than others but I love getting my Pom groomed here over the other Petco on kirkwood hwy so if you have a dog with a lot of fur I definitely recommend this location I forget the ladies name who normally groomed my Pom but she was amazing .. some staff aren’t the nicest but I haven’t seen them lately so I presume they aren’t with the company anymore …. I love being able to get in and out and not feeling like I have associates breathing down my neck

Petco has many many items for your pets. The store is fully stocked. The associates are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly . They will answer your pet questions.

Despite the fact I paid for pet training one-on-one, and then found out a month after I booked the trainer left two months prior the manager and staff were extremely kind and helpful. And at least the refund was easy. This is the world we live in now, things like this happen with more and more frequency. But I can’t fault the store, it’s petco.com that allowed this blunder.

Order dog food online and picked it up in store. Process was quick and easy

My Husky was a pain, but they were great!

My first experience with scheduling Appt for groomer went well and my pup & I only had to wait 3 days out aft his rabies shot.

Not a lot of hamster/gerbil cage options that are efficient for the requirements and not alot of stuff to buy for them either. The staff said they've been short on shipments and wasn't sure when certain things will be in and unable to order online as well. But nice staff for the most part. I also bought my sons hamster from there. The lady was super knowledgeable about my 5 year old having a mild mannered one so she sold us a female Chinese dwarf and made sure she wasnt aggressive first.

We love Petco!!! Esp love the Vital Care program where you pay $19/month for unlimited teeth brushing and nail trimming. My pup Ziggy looks forward to going there...AJ, Montana, Angus, Jen and I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but legit everyone there is a gem of a person and Ziggy loves seeing all of you!!!

Small store, not enough staff

The employees at this store are always very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, every time I'm in there, there seems to be quite a bit of disorganized merchandise that is just on a mobile cart or rack in piles. It may be that they're short staffed but it's happened quite often. I also wish there could be more attention given to the Betta fish. They're prominently displayed because they're so beautiful, yet there are always a few floating, lifelessly. Again, it gives the appearance of lack of attention to detail and a pet store's primary concern should be for the animals.

Good pet store, friendly staff

Had an issue with our recent purchase of dog food. Both dogs were getting sick and vet said it could possibly be the kibble. Contacted manufacturer and was told to take back to place of purchase. When I went to pick up the new food I returned the old bag and they gave me credit with no problem. Great customer service.

They're great. Mark, Lorien, and Brandon were great help to fulfill my order and had great communication with me. And of course treated my dog very well. I am appreciative for all their help. Really wanted to recognize them for helping me with my complicated request. :)
