We took out cat to Dr. Heller last Wednesday. He did a thorough workup on her. He's such a wonderful Doctor. He did blood work on her, & called me back on Monday to tell me everything was good. And his office is so pleasant.

I Was a new customer . I don’t no who it was but they took all my info down for my first visit with my puppy. When it came down to my visit they had no knowledge of me . The lady on that phone was rude & said we are not taking new customer at the moment & hung up .

My animals Love Dr. Heller, he worked great with my cat who struggles with anxiety issues and even fit me in last minute when my doggie had an emergency 11/10

Staff is terrific, they treat our corgis like they are thier own pets.

Call to see if they accepted state certificate for spay and neutering, they do not!!!

After leaving our last longstanding clinic,for many scary reasons. My husband and I brought one of our many furbabies to dr. Heller for a snd opinion and surgery. We thank God everyday we did ! From the first phone call , they were beyond sweet and welcoming. We love that we get to see the same Dr. And fabulous gals , which we and our babies love ! These fabulous ladies get down on the floor to there level and really get to know them and give honest love. It Warms our heart . Dr. Heller , is beyond knowledgeable, thorough, and will go the distance to diagnose ,explain and take that extra time with you and your baby.. so does his staff !!! (I wish my doctor n nurses were this awesome ) :) You never feel rushed and I truly know our furbabies our in the best hands ever !! After that appt. We scheduled surgery with a dental ,everything was and went perfectly with our maggs !! Within the past couple of months the rest of our crew has been in for various reasons and another dental procedure done for our gal zoey. As always , every visit , just as amazing ! We love n truly adore coming to main street vet! Exceptional quality care! I had a problem with my dogs and the Vet Dr. John F. Heller... Took care of my Shayla & Chico...

Dr. Heller is a great Vet. The thing I like most is that he takes the time to really explain what is going on with your pet.

Two of my beloved family dogs passed away due to the terrible advice this doctor gave my mother. I’ll never forget how during my dog’s euthanasia, which was the result of this doctor’s carelessness, he told me I could not hold her and that she had to be on the cold metal table. Then he proceeded to shove me out of the way as she was dying so he could take her pulse. I looked into my dog’s eyes and watched her die from two feet away while Dr. HELLer did his thing. Once she was gone, I screamed in agony while crying because I didn’t get to hold her while she took her last breath. not one tech or the dr even came to check if I was okay. They know what they did. It was very traumatic for me and my family. I tell people all the time about this devil doctor. I’ll never stop letting people know how much you suck.

The only Part of our visit that is worth a star is the female staff! Dr.Heller was extremely rude. He showed zero interest in being friendly towards our dog because he was is a pitbull. When he entered the room, our dog wanted to sniff him, he told us to get our dog away from him. At the end of our visit he asked if we would put the muzzle back on our dog and wait to leave the room because he wanted to let others in the waiting room know a pitbull was coming out!

I am new to Middletown and had to bring my dog here because she was in pain. I am so glad I did! Dr. Heller was the most thorough vet I have ever been to. He explained everything going on with my pet in detail. If he was a doctor for humans I would choose him as my primary for certain! I will continue to bring my dog to him!

Love this office! Dr Heller has always been great with our dogs! He’s fair and explains everything. His staff is also fabulous! Would (and do) recommend him to anyone and everyone!! You will not be disappointed!

I bring my two kittens to see Dr. Heller. The visits are always pleasant and straight forward. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Never a wait and not pricey at all. Definitely 5 stars.

If anyone is looking for a great vet, you should go see dr. John Heller at Main St. Veterinary Clinic near Concord pet in Middletown. We have been taking our Sookie to him since we got her. Our other cats are doing well but she's had some issues recently. He and his staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. They listen and answer all my silly questions. They put us at ease knowing she is getting great care.

Wonderful vet, I highly recommend him. We recently bought two Jack Russell terrier puppies and needed them to be checked out and start their puppy shots. Dr. Heller was very thorough and gave them a good check up. He then treated them for worms, started their shots and clipped their nails. The staff is very friendly and it is a nice relaxed atmosphere.

More than delighted to have found such a wonderful veterinarian following our move from another state. We have seen Dr. Heller several times and I have found that he is extremely approachable and shows great concern for your pet. Office is empecibly clean and his staff are always more than accommodating when scheduling. Would recommend HIGHLY!

Dr. Heller has been my vet for over 10 years. When he moved to Delaware and opened his own practice, I traveled from Maryland to bring my pets to him for veterinary services. It takes me an hour to get there, but it's worth the trip. He always gives my pets his full attention, and he is conscientious and thorough. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

I take my 3 dogs to see Dr. Heller, they are awesome there! I just made a frantic call to them about my house guest's dog who ate a bunch of her HeartGuard and NexGuard tabs - they helped us right away and calmed us down! Thank you SO MUCH YOU GUYS!!!! I AM SO GRATEFUL TO YOU ALL!!!!
