The staff and Drs at Loving Touch Animal Clinic are the best I have ever had the pleasure of taking care of my Dogs needs. From the moment I called I was helped by Chris, he was, Kind considerate and informative. I have had more than our fair share of bad experiences with vets and missed diagnosis. The moment my dog was was examined the vet had a great plan in placed. She explained the things the were a priority and we were able to come to an agreement and his surgery was scheduled for the very next day. Once the surgery was completed they called and I was able to pick up my dog. Staff also called me the next day to check in on him and provided with tips that assisted me with taking care of him. I would highly recommend Loving Touch to anyone. Sincerely Jon

This animal hospital has alot of people fooled. They send an email stating they are closing until after 12/27 due to their staff getting Covid. In the same time they are saying they use the proper PPE. I called them out on their claim and stated " why don't you just tell the clients the truth, you want to give the office the week off for Christmas ". I received a very unprofessional email back with my pets records which did not bother me I hadn't taken my pet there in years, we found a more reliable vet not just a practice that wants money. Chris calls her self telling me off. Well Chris it takes 10 to 14 days to isolate when you catch covid. If your workers had been protecting themselves after work just as you do at work, perhaps you would not have to put out an excuse for an office christmas holiday. I'm vaccinated and still wear my mask and proceed with caution. Then she tried the old, " your fired as our client "????????????now that made me really laugh I have not been to your practice in years. Your funny enjoy your Christmas Vacation. Update: I absolutely find nothing funny about this Pandemic. I find it weird "you called" me when you do NOT have my new phone number. Please stop trying to make yourself out to be the Hero I can post your email you wrote to me. This is what's wrong just say you closed for the holiday, your clients will appreciate you more for the truth.

We recently switched to Loving touch and couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. Dr. Jeboda is very kind and thorough. Chris, the hospital manager, took time to explain and go over any questions I had.

I started with this practice at the height of the covid pandemic. I have yet to meet the Doctors but I can honestly say they are very caring and compassionate. Talking with them over the phone while in their parking lot has reassured me that this practice is a keeper! I can ask as many questions as I need to and they do not hesitate to answer. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. I just can't wait till I can put a face to the voice!

They are the most loving and caring vet clinic. When my kitty was ill they cared for her with such compassion and they always call the day after visits to see how she's doing. And they don't overcharge. My sweet girl is doing much better now and I owe it all to them.

I always get in depth and thoughtful service for my dog. The staff here are helpful and quite knowledgeable.

Five stars isn't enough for LTAC! Dr. Jeboda and every staff member at LTAC has been so patient and understanding with this anxious first time fur mama! Lola and I are so thankful for the love, care, professionalism and most importantly thoroughness of everyone in this clinic. I recommend them to anyone that needs a great vet clinic that truly cares about their clients and their clients' (crazy overbearing) parents (aka me). I could go on and on about how absolutely amazing you guys are, but then this review would rival a Harry Potter book (one of the big ones).

Loving Touch provide quality care for your pets. They are thoughtful and thorough and most importantly patient. They give helpful advice and recommendations and are very straightforward about what’s best for your pet and expectations. They have been very good to my Morkie-poo monster and they keep him in good shape. They always call to follow up after his visits and they always review his information before I get there. It’s nice not to have to give the whole backstory on your pet every time you visit the doctor. I appreciate loving touch and all the work they do to understand your pets are part of your family and you care about them as such. They truly have a loving touch.

Perfect name for this business . I’ve been here twice and each time the professionalism and care of all staff is evident immediately. Lala was treated each time with a level of care above the rest . Vets take the time out to address concerns ; not a “hurry up and buy “atmosphere . Prices are quite reasonable. Highly recommended and will be back .

I have been going to LTAC since 2016! They are the best people and they really care about your pet and I am so lucky to call everyone there my friends! Garth and I love LTAC and I honestly recommend them to everyone! Garth loves you all too, but you knew that already!!

What's referred by a friend. I was kind of disappointed it seems like they just wanted to push medications for my dog. Doc wanted to put her on steroids for itching and I never said anything about her having an itching problem.

I love this place! The doctors and staff are so kind and informative. They take the time to listen to your concerns. I wanted to drop off my dog for an emergency and they didn't have any openings for a month. They squeezed my pup in within an hour. Also prices are reasonable compared to VCA a d other franchised vets.

Normally id give high remarks because Dr. Constantine is extremely great with our fur children and I've never walked out of an appointment with more concerns than I walked in with. However, whoever they have in the interim to hold things over while Dr. Constantine is out is really tainting this golden image. Our cat had usual symptoms of UTI: urine outside of the box, blue color in the Pretty Litter, acting off as well. Brought in and specifically said "I think it's another UTI". The fill-in vet calls and asks for an XRAY and a few other lab works. What do I know, the vet asks for it, so they must know. After over 700$ I find no abnormalities and while there's crystalization in the urine, this could be because "the lab let it out too long", so to just CYA she gave a treatment for the UTI in case. She wanted a 1 month follow up urinalysis. 1month later, lab results show...abnormal pH levels which she adamantly claimed to be a UTI infection. However, when she asked and found out that he's been acting back to usual since the last visit, were just not going to treat for UTI. Why? Because the labs could have screwed it up and, which she reminded me is rare. So after 700$ in exploratory diagnosis for what I said was probably a UTI, we get a possibly botched lab run. Then after almost 80 for another followup lab a month later...possibly another botched result. Get rid of this Vet please. As for Dr. Constantine, thank you for always taking care of our animals and hope you're recent adventures are exciting and joyful!

This has been our vet for our rescue pup and our guiene pig and they have provided top care at affordable prices. Will continue coming here for all of our pet needs.

I took my cat Oreo who is 16 and had started to lose weight even though active and eating and drinking for a checkup. After tests were run, he was found to have cancer. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the vet was amazing .Not sure how much longer I have with my sweet boy, but I am making each day special

I've been to many vets for my fur babies, but Dr. Constantine is the BEST vet I've ever been visited. My kitten is special needs and losing her vision in her only eye (other one was removed). Dr. Constantine answered all my questions and is putting her best effort in trying to save my kitten's eye. She is so nice and really cares about your fur babies. She really wants my kitten to do well. I ran out of medication in 2 days (supposed to last 2 weeks and 1 week for the two meds, respectively). Dr. Constantine got her in that day and made sure I got the meds right away. She honestly is the nicest person ever and now I'm bringing all my fur babies there!
