I called on December 20th 2021 and left a message hoping for a call back. It is January now and I never heard back from anyone. Please don't advertise that you offer same day and fast responses when you don't really. Thank you.

Bob and Karli Flanagan are the best vets you could ever hope to find. They have cared for many dogs for us over 20+ years. They have provided checkups, emergency care, and all manner of support. They've even assisted with end of life transitions at our home, making difficult times as easy as possible for our pets and family. I could not possibly recommend them any higher, unless Google would let me give them 100 stars.

I dont even know where to begin with my gratitude. I have an 11 yr old mastiff who's health is declining. From our first phone call I felt like I was in good hands. Very responsive, kind and empathetic. I wish i would have met Dr. Flanagan sooner. I had the privilege of meeting both dr's and felt very at ease. They went over Newmann and gave me a lot of suggestions to keep him happy and comfortable. I am so grateful to have met you both.

Dr Karli is fantastic. She is compassionate, responsive, personable & most important, loves animals. Highly recommended.

Drs. Flanagan have been a blessing to our zoo! With 4-6 cats (at any given time) and an older lab, getting to the vet for any kind of maintenance care required a juggling of schedules, cars, carriers and patience! They truly love animals, and they take text messages/photos for non emergency situations. They're honest and professional and the prices are very close to standard in-office vet care and totally worth it, since they do all the driving and ate able to take odd hour appointments. We simply love them, and so do our animals. Well, except for that one feline... ????

Very happy with Dr Karli and Dr Bob always get a call back or a text very dependable and pick up meds at there house or they mail to u which is great for people they are very caring people so glad I found them 7 yrs ago the best vets ever

I just wanted to Thank the both of you for assisting with putting our beloved baby to rest. You were both so professional, caring and gentle with her and no struggling is the way I wanted her to go. Over the last 6 weeks, I have contacted Dr. Flanagan several times to schedule an annual examination and get immunizations done on a dog I am babysitting for a sick friend. Dr. Flanagan has been non-responsive at best. She told me initially that they were cutting back their hours so they could focus on their family and today she said they couldn’t help due to the pandemic. They are social distancing and trying to be safe... I thought medical professionals were educated enough to know how to take precautions and still safely care for their patients. Evidently this is not the case with the Drs. Flanagan. I am extremely disappointed in the level of service and the lack of compassion in helping a sick person care for his pet.

Drs. Flanagan were kind and professional. Our initial phone consultation was so helpful and confirmed that we wanted them present when we said goodbye to our sweet dog. They responded promptly to calls and texts, even coming to our home a bit early when I requested. I am so glad we used their services - they brought peace to our family and our beloved pet.

The vets were very respectful of my cat and explained everything they were going to do to make her comfortable. Her ashes were back in a week. I would use them again if any of my other cats needed to bed put down.

I'm so thankful I found Dr. Rob at such a hard time in our family's life. He came to our home the same day I called and offered compassion and professionalism. It was comforting to know our sweet dog was in loving capable hands when he needed it the most. Thanks Dr. Rob

The doctors are the best, always helpful, always looking out for the animal's best interest. They make caring for my loved ones super easy. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bob Flanagan has taken care of all of our dogs for the past 20+ years. We place complete faith and care of our fur babies in his hands. Our newest addition is extremely lucky to have double the Dr. Flanagans!

Dr. Flanagan's kindness and compassion made a very difficult day a little easier. Dr. Flanagan made my girl's passing peaceful, without fear or anxiety. He was was so kind to us and to her.

Needed to contact them 2 years ago coming this June 14. We they were so very kind and sympathetic during such a difficult time. Would always recommend them

Vet refused to come see my dog in critical condition stating "take her to the er" she died in my arms on the way, was also charged 400$ at er to be told dog was dead, avoid at all costs!!!!

I am so happy that I called them!!!!! We recently moved back to the area and our old vet is about 45 minutes away. I haven't had a chance to find a new vet and my older dog hurt her leg over the weekend and couldn't walk on it. She is older and not in the best of health and also has had a bad skin problem her whole life, lust, she is a big girl. I spent quite a bit of time online and making calls when I came across In Home's web site. They had better reviews than most of the other vets in the area and in my situation, an in-home visit was great. Both doctors were able to come and were at my house within an hour. They were very informative, so nice, and I couldn't be happier with the care they gave both of my dogs... They were able to check my other dog and give him all his vaccinations while they were here. They are wonderful! I was able to have both of my dogs examined, treated, and got all of their meds for less than it would have cost me to take one dog in to a vet hospital. In Home will be the only vet i will be using. I cannot recommend them enough- I am so happy. I found them!

We recently had to put down our 16 1/2 year old dog. Dr. Flanagan was professional and compassionate throughout this difficult experience and I would recommend him to anyone needing home vet care. When we eventually get another dog, we will likely use In Home Vet care for all our vet needs.

We have used the Flanagans' in-home services three times for a cat that was too frightened to go anywhere. Aside from being competent, they were caring and compassionate and made some difficult times bearable. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

These are the best 2 vets i've ever met. they are husband and wife and have been vets for almost 20 years so they know their stuff and helped my beloved dog who was in need of euthanasia. They are both kind and compassionate and they can relate to the loss of a best friend. If you want a good vet, call them. Dr. Flanagan even answers the phone. When my sons and I adopted our new rescue puppy we were very fortunate to find such a kind and knowledgeable Veterinarian for our special girl. Over the past year and a half that we have had our mischievous puppy, she has gotten into many things, either in the yard or around the house and Dr. Karli has always been there to help.
