Never even got a response to my application.

We reached out about a puppy we saw on their site and were told that he had been adopted already. A week later they reached out again to let us know about another litter that had been born and was being transported to the area. We received pictures and set up a time to meet the foster and the dog. The foster Denise was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and gave us great tips to get out new pup Hampton (formally String Bean) acclimated to our home and dog. The process was straight forward and very quick and the kennel was clean, safe, and well taken care of! I'd recommend filling out the application and then contacting the foster via text directly for a response.

After having someone stand me up after a 7-hour drive Denise saved the day! She and her husband were very responsive and kind! Last minute trip to see a litter of pups in HEAVEN and waiting for a forever home! When we saw Maeve (kind hearted) I knew she was the one for me. I would recommend this rescue and Denise to everyone. They definitely make sure these guys go to good/safe/loving homes.

Got two pups from there. So far so good.

No shopping carts, no bags left and only about 60% of the shelves are stocked.

We adopted our Ollie aka zebra cakes after a long time of searching and found fur ever paws and miss Denise from friend. I can't help but feel as he was hand picked for us. We told her the personality we wanted and she found him. What an amazing experience and it is very clear how wen cared for and loved he was. Thank you again so so very much!!

Denise does it again! We are so in love with not only one puppy but two. The experience with the foster made us feel so welcome and like she truly wanted what was best for us and the puppies. We will never go anywhere else

Great place to get a good pet

My bf and I had been searching for a puppy for a little while when through another site I was led to Furever Paws. We were able to go see the puppy we were interested in immediately and the adoption was same day. Her foster family was amazing and if we ever decide to get another pet this will be the first place we look. It was a great experience overall.

We adopted our Flower from Fur-Ever Paws about a month ago. The process was very easy compared to other rescues. Marilyn was very nice and took the time to answer all of our questions. Our Flower is a joy to have. She's such a great addition to the family.

They are very good we got our puppy from them and couldn't be a better fit

We live in NY. We have adopted 2 puppies from them now. We have been pleased with both of our adoptions. We have a senior Rottweiler mastiff mix dog and was looking for a puppy to learn from him. We Found a gorgeous 12 week dane malinois mix pup and a 11 week old great Pyrenees mix. We knew "music man" and "quiz questions" were meant to be for us. His foster family Denise and Bill were awesome. I always received fast responses when I reached out with any questions or concerns. She sent us lots of videos and pictures of the puppy and his litter mates before we came down to get him. I felt like we were adopting show dogs with how amazing they were and how well we were treated. I just can't say enough about how awesome the whole experience was. It was such a nice and stress-free environment to meet our new additions. The Pups were bathed, nails clipped before we went to see him. Denise and hubby Bill sent us many many pictures of him. It was so exciting. They were well worth the 4 hour and 34 min drive 1 way to get them. They both traveled awesome. He is incredibly smart and is learning so quick. I was so glad I found this rescue organization . We wouldn't think twice about driving down again in a few years to get another pup someday!! It was just that awesome of an experience. I would recommend this rescue to anyone looking to get a healthy rescue pup. They really take great care of the pups and you can tell how much they love what they do. And I am forever thankful for what they do with their rescues. I appreciate the time, effort and dedication they put into saving the lives of these precious little pups. Keep us the great work!! We started using Furever Paws for our puppy search in September 2020. Denise was so incredibly helpful, patient and kind throughout the entire process! She consistently sent us pictures of puppies we might be interested in. Then one morning, our dream picture came to me in a text from her. We are so incredibly in love with Eclipse (formerly Jelly Bean) and we couldn’t have asked for a better puppy or experience! Thank you Furever Paws! Comet thanks you for her new sister too!

I adopted a puppy from them on Monday April 19, 2021. When I brought him home that evening he wouldn't eat and hardly had any energy. I just figured it was due to him being in a new environment. The next day when he still showed no interest in eating or playing I immediately made an appointment for the vet and found out April 21, 2021 that my 8 week old puppy was parvovirus positive. I have reason to believe that this "rescue" shelter knowingly adopts out sick puppies for their own personal gain. Please be aware if you have recently adopted any puppies from them. My dog at the time would have been around at least 7 other little ones. He was the second to last to be adopted.

Our new pup is the most wonderful doggo in the whole wide world. Would recommend!!

Great experience! Submitted an application for a rescue and received a call from Darlene the very next day. She was very understanding when I expressed interest in a pup from a different foster and offered to connect me right away. We met Jim and his wife the following day for our furry friend. They were extremely informative and answered all of our questions. We left the same day with our newest family member. He’s been great with both kids and the cats, just as they mentioned, and surprisingly well-behaved. Highly recommend!

They are awsome!!! The animals are clean & well taken care of. We called one day, filled out an application, spoke to Jim set an appt. He told us everthing that we would needed(adoption fees very reasonable) now we have our beautiful new Fur-baby????????????. We can't forget about the family that we picked her up from, Awsome as well. Very organized, quick and easy.Thank again!! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great pet.

I can't recall the couples' name that we adopted from, but they were great. They really took the time to make sure we had chemistry with our pup before allowing us to take her with us. We have had Trinity for almost 2 years now, and I tell her every day she's the best dog I've ever had. If we were to adopt a second dog, we would definitely go through Fur-Ever Paws.

We love Eli. I reached out to Darlene and received a call back very quickly. She held Eli for our family until we could meet him. We saw him and loved him instantly. I made appointment to have him checked at a local Veterinarian. He received a good report. Healthy pup. No fleas. Eli is practically housebroken, sleeps through the night. A great pup. If I ever am looking to adopt again, I would reach back out to Darlene. Wonderful experience and not stressful as some rescues are.
