Happy Dog Grooming Salon Mount Airy, Maryland

I asked 2x to give my dog a haircut, they told me ok. Then when I took my dog in, they told me "too busy to do it" but they charged $90 for a bath and cutting the toenails. A rip-off

Hannah did a great job with my little guy! Everyone was so nice and Rex looked and smelled great. Very stress free experience for him. We will definitely be back!

Update . They fixed the situation. His ears were cleaned and belly was trimmed. Took my Bichon Saturday was charged for a Large cockapoo. Was told that for the future don't show up early. My time was a mistake on my part. His appointment was at 1030 not 10am. Called Monday to notify them that his ears were not cleaned or trimmed at all. Asked to speak to the manager she is gone for the day at 12:35pm. Was offered to speak to the assistant manager when she is done grooming.  Asked to speak to the manager she will be back in Decembe 3 or 6th can't recall. Paid$135.00 plus Tip.  Was charged for a Large cockapoo. $75 cut of choice.. I chose scissor cut was charged $60 the max amount. He is kept very well groomed an have proof by his vet of how good he is kept up.. He had Matt'sat I didn't discover until Sunday night.. His ears stink was the 1st thing my husband said. His eye stains were still visible. Yes, hard to take out but these are professionals.

Great groomer's reasonable priced kept my 2 dogs together (the little guy is a support animal to the big guy) and the staff was friendly, courteous and the dogs looked and smelled fantastic. Highly recommend the shop.

We had our puppy’s first grooming today, and we weren’t sure what to expect. She was a big fluff ball (a.k.a. labradoodle) and normally doesn’t like her nails clipped. Erika at Happy Dog Grooming Salon in Mt. Airy was so wonderful with her. Erika made our puppy feel comfortable, and the full grooming was a fantastic experience for everyone involved. We are very pleased with Happy Dog Grooming Salon, and we plan to bring our puppy dog back when it’s time for another cut.

Great staff that really care about our canine family members. Well run and efficient operation too.

Rude staff and they treated my dog like trash. We asked them to cut my dogs hair but not that much because she has very long hair that we loved and they left her with out hair! They don't deserve 5 stars

We like it but our dog loves going for his nail trims.

I took my two large dogs for grooming and could not be happier. My dogs were groomed better than I ever had before from Pet Smart or Petco. They were even able to trim one of my dogs nails and where even my previous vet could not without a sedative. Super responsive on the phone and easy to drop off and pick up. I would truly recommend giving this business an opportunity. I will be a repeat customer.

Great job with a giant breed, heavily matted. Took all day but staff was very gentle and patient with our girl Newfie.

Grinds my dogs nails all the time. Fast, cheap and efficient and he doesnt seem to be bothered too much.

Service was good but they charged over posted prices, $15 for walk-in mail trim vs $10 that was posted as price, said they just increased prices.
