So I tried to have my dog boarded for a few days to include added walks, playtime and fill grooming. I also wanted to have this business daycare my dog one time a week. Now I just moved to the area(less than one week ago) but I cannot believe that for the simple reason that I do not have a permanent address they business did not want to providing their services. Mind you, that I am in a hotel which I provided their address and I also offered my previous address (that I own in another state) and they still refused saying that they need a permanent address in case I abandon her. The employee said that this was per the manager. When I asked to speak to the manager, all of a sudden the manager was not there and said that even if she was there then I would be given the same answer. My God, what a horrible way to conduct business. I will not beg anyone to allow me to use their service and I’m definitely not begging this company. If this is how you operate and are not willing to accommodate based on my unique situation then I’ll gladly take my business else where and encourage other to not do business with them.

The staff there are just absolutely wonderful. They were very gentle and kind with my cat. Before any service was done they gave an estimate to make sure everything was okay to proceed. Definitely recommend them for all your pet needs.

I'd give zero stars. My dogs were supposed to be in family runs together except feeding time. They were no where near each other. My abused rescue who after 6 years learned to play with a soft toy was alone in a kennel curled up, shaking and too afraid to come out when I went to get them. His emotional support sister no where near him and his ducky, his favorite toy nowhere. He's going to be scarred for life due to his lack of of care.

I had a minor problem when I picked up my dog after boarding her and the issue was solved very quickly with much professionalism. I have already made two more boarding reservations for the month of October. I wouldn't take my anywhere else but NAVB. Great place. Great people.

Let me start off by saying that I have an anxious/ stress reactive dog, especially when it comes to vet visits. I was nervous, but hopeful, since this was our first visit at Noah’s Ark. From the fear free survey on their website (which set us up for a more comfortable visit) to being greeted and treated so nicely by the receptionist (she explained how we will use the scale, asked if she could give my pup a treat, and truly made us feel welcomed right of the start), to the caring vet tech that was so wonderful with my pup (she documented the reason why we came in, asked questions, and also made sure she connected with my pup before the exam and ensured he was comfortable during the exam). I am especially thankful for Dr Holstein who made me and my pup feel safe, understood and cared for - this was really the best experience I could have hoped for. Not once did I feel rushed, they answered all my questions and concerns and provided options for treatment. Thank you for being so amazing with my boy today! We will be back.

Clean, welcoming Veterinary facility. Dr. Martinez-Hernandez is my favorite, she always treats my pets as her own. My older, arthritic Siberian Husky, anxiety prone Shiba Inu, and three cats all are seen here. They offer an annual plan for vaccines and visits and are able to treat an array of ailments. I have also visited the grooming facility a couple of times and also had wonderful experiences there, too. It's a great one stop shop with fantastic staff, from the doctors to the techs to the groomers to the receptionists. It is next to a loud, busy roadway - if your pet is sensitive to loud outside noises make sure to hold them tight until you are inside. Otherwise, simply fantastic.

The staff was very kind on the phone but couldn’t help. They had no openings. They also didn’t have any suggestions.

We boarded both our dog and cat (Cleo and Luna) here for a few days, for the first time. While the drop-off was abrupt, we brushed it off as being a busy hectic day for the company. It should have actually been the first red flag. The first night, we received no updates, despite requesting report cards. After calling the second day we received report cards later that night but were shocked by what we saw. Our greyhound was laying in her kennel on bare tile with only a little blanket. No bed was in sight despite our specific discussion about her needing the largest bed available. If you aren’t familiar with greyhounds, this is very bad for them which a veterinary place should know. But that wasn’t the worst, we received a picture update of a cat that was not ours. When these updates come through, it’s at an hour when phone lines aren’t open, so we couldn’t even call until morning to check in on everything. You can understand we had frantic thoughts. When we did get through in the morning and mentioned the photo we were met with laughter (though I’m sure it was partially nervous laughter at the screw up… I hope). We asked for a photo update to be sent immediately, which we were told they would put in the request. We also asked for a bed to be given immediately. We don’t know if that was ever complied with but we did not ever get an update on our cat. We decided the circumstances were unacceptable and left vacation early to come pick up our pets. While the lady at the front desk was very nice about helping remove the charges for services we didn’t receive, I would never send my pets back here or recommend it. I’m honestly baffled that there are so many positive reviews for a place that failed us so many times in such a brief period.

The staff was nice and relatively timely. The tech failed to record one of the three reasons for my visit. Due to the doctor was so keen on giving my dog vaccinations that he didn't need, I got frustrated and failed to notice that she had not examined his paw and leg before we left. The doctor said that there were a number of pamphlets that I should read, but I still haven't gotten any of them after 5 days. The front desk was very dodgy when it came to answers about the doctor's recommendations for my dog's leg.

I have been taking my dog to Noah's Ark for most of his life and I absolutely love them. My dog is a male rescue rottweiler and because of his history he is extremely anxious and fearful of everything and is very vet aggressive. The staff at Noah's Ark has always been very understanding and patient with him they have always been able to handle him despite the severity of his anxiety and aggression. I cannot say enough to express how happy I am and have always been with the staff there, from the vets, to the technicians and front desk staff, and even the boarding facility and it's staff. They are by far the best veterinary facility I have ever been to and I absolutely love them!

Boarded our dog Reesy there for the 3rd time, most recently last week for the second time in a month’s time and upon picking her up Tuesday(7/13/21) morning she was given her exit bath and one of the employees attempted to spray her with a fragrance and she collapsed. She didn’t want to get up and was completely disoriented not recognizing me. They offered no explanation after transferring her to me but simply telling me to watch her. As I was going home, her breathing became so labored that I had to rush her to Rocky Gorge veterinarian. Needless to say, upon examining Reesy, we had to put her down, not even an hour after picking her up from here. No report of her stay was given, even after calling & emailing Noah’s Ark to tell them of her passing, I got no response, no condolences, simply a bill! Something isn’t adding up, especially after being discarded in such a nonchalant way! Thank you for seeing us!

I took my dog there almost a year ago and they do an amazing job with him, very nice and cares for my dog. I wouldn’t let anyone else cut his hair besides those people who work at Noah’s Ark. My puppy sure does love them too!

All the vaccinations required were met. I dropped my dog off Saturday night 7-10 I received a call 7-15 my dog was sick. She was sent to the vet then put in isolation. She got sick there, I understand all vaccines aren't 100% effective. My argument was I shouldn't have had vet charges on my statement. Vets were polite, but noone up front seemed to care and I asked for a mgr one was not present. I never received a phone call either like they told me I would.

This was my dog's first stay at Noah's ark.  I was more nervous than I expected to be leaving him at a new place.  I signed up for the first timers package & the daily pictures & reports helped tremendously! I could tell that my dog was happy, loved and well taken care of.  When I picked him up he was clean & happy! I would definitely recommend Noah's ark to anyone looking for a great kennel.
